Delicious years ago and still good today! But… the burger seemed like a typical restaurant burger. When I came about three years ago they had a big delicious juicy burger. Now it’s pretty standard in size and taste. Also, the poki tacos were so small in portion it was kind of a joke. Great sweet potato fries and sauces! Good drinks!

Seriously one of the best places to eat in Santa Barabara! Visiting for Memorial weekend and hands down we made the right choice by picking this place! The best pizza I have had in a long time. It was hard to choose because the menu had so much to choose from. The patio was awesome and well worth the wait! Definitely add this place to your eateries while visiting from out of town!

Great find. This place was buzzing with activity when we arrived but we were seated quickly outside. Service was fast and friendly. We just got appetizers- coconut shrimp and buffalo cauliflower. Both were awesome. The Guav Margarita and the Cadillac Margarita were both tasty and strong pours.

I recently had the pleasure of savoring the iconic Reuben sandwich at Finney's Restaurant in the picturesque city of Santa Barbara. This timeless American classic was given a delightful twist that left me thoroughly impressed and satisfied. Nestled in the heart of Santa Barbara, Finney's is known for its exceptional culinary offerings, and the Reuben sandwich was no exception. The moment my plate arrived, I was greeted by a masterpiece of flavors, textures, and aromas. The sandwich was artfully prepared, with layers of perfectly toasted rye bread embracing generous portions of tender pastrami, tangy sauerkraut, melted Swiss cheese, and a smear of their house-made Russian dressing. One bite into the Reuben, and I was transported to a world of comfort and indulgence. The pastrami was succulent and well-seasoned, offering a perfect balance of savory richness. The sauerkraut added a satisfying tang that cut through the richness, while the melted Swiss cheese provided a creamy contrast that tied the components together harmoniously. The Russian dressing, with its zesty and slightly sweet undertones, elevated the sandwich to new heights. What truly impressed me was the attention to detail evident in the Reuben sandwich's construction. The bread was toasted to golden perfection, creating a satisfying crunch with each bite. The ingredients were proportioned flawlessly, ensuring that no flavor overpowered the others. The combination of textures, from the softness of the corned beef to the crunch of the sauerkraut, created a delightful mouthfeel that kept me eagerly anticipating the next bite. The service at Finney's was impeccable, with the staff showing genuine enthusiasm for their offerings. My Reuben sandwich arrived promptly, and the server was knowledgeable and eager to assist in making my dining experience memorable. The Reuben sandwich at Finney's Restaurant is a triumph of flavor and execution. Whether you're a local seeking a comforting classic or a visitor in search of a culinary gem in Santa Barbara, this dish is a must-try. Finney's has undoubtedly mastered the art of elevating traditional favorites, and I wholeheartedly recommend indulging in this delightful rendition of the Reuben sandwich.

First time eating here and it was great! Friendly waitress who kept up with the table and food. I decided to get the King Salmon sandwich, and although I am not the biggest fan of salmon in general, this sandwich blew me away! Bread was amazing, salmon was well done, and the flavors were so delicious through the use of some veggies and sauce. If you are looking for a healthy and filling option here, I would highly suggest getting this sandwich. Overall, solid restaurant that is within walking distance of the beach and other shops!

BEST food and cocktails in SB hands down! The service is fantastic, quick to notice an empty glass and the manager Colin is on it working that crew like a well oiled machine and with a friendly smile which is always a good thing in a busy, busy restaurant. This place is packed but it is worth it 100% and right by the beach! Now let's talk food - we started with cocktails all of which were on point and refreshing with the Buffalo Cauliflower and the Carnitas Nachos appitizers. We were a table of 5 and both were both fantastic with the perfect portion size, fresh light taste and great flavors! The nachos were so flavorful and that Buffalo cauliflower has converted me. Fried cauli flower can sometimes be heavy and thick tasting but not these! They are great and fluffy! I went with the Moraccan salad and sweet potatoes fries for my main and I was not disappointed. The salad was perfectly tossed in a delicious dressing and has a fresh flavor to it - a perfect salad to be honest. The sweet potatoes fries are hands down my favorite of the meal and are TO DIE FOR. Ive never had anything like them - perfectly light, crispy and fluffy without tasting heavy or starchy. Everyone at the table raved about those fries and couldn't stop eating them even after all the other food. Hats off to the Finneys chef and crew all the way around. 👏🏻

This place was hopping throughout our stay on lower State so we decided to pop in to enjoy. Great vibe and good selection of both food and drinks. We enjoyed the prosciutto and arugula flatbread pizza along with Brussel sprouts and a couple of spirits. There is definitely a reason for the line and good vibes coming from this place. Well worth the visit

Cool place with a happy and relaxed atmosphere. The food is good and the staff friendly. You can pay staying in your set using an apposite tablet placed in every table. The only disappointment is the final speed in asking for the bill.

İt was very crowded and there was a long wait so we sat at the bar. They have many different beer choices and was good enough. Sandwich was also good and servers wete very helpful. Prices are better compare to the others restaurants in Santa Barbara downtown area.

Staff was quick and friendly! This place delivers foodgasms! I had the tri tip sandwich and my queen ordered a ahi sandwich, crazy good. We got lost in each other's eyes as usual. Eating together was like we were making out at this place; no physical contact however, only eye contact. Our sandwiches were definitely intertwined spiritually. Strictly sexual of course. Amazing meal to say the least, highly recommended!!

My wife and I came here for drinks and some appetizers. I must say the atmosphere is pretty chill and the service was great. The waiter checked up on us constantly to see if we needed anything. We ordered multiple drinks and they didn't take long to arrive. 1st time here and we are really impressed, we will definitely come here again. The prices for food and drinks are really reasonable compared to other local shops.

The most positive thing that I can say of this restaurant is that they are opened beyond 2100 (last call was at 2200). We ordered hamburgers, tacos and a pizza, everything was fine but probably the best was the bison hamburger. When you order they should tell you is the food you are ordering is spicy, one of us ordered the tacos and they were too hot for her, she exchanged for Marguerite pizza and the waiter offered to remove the tacos from the bill.

Hickory BBQ Burger is by far the best burger I've ever had! I travelled quite a lot and I fully stand behind this statement, purely amazing! Their carnitas was also flawless, we couldn't have enough of these tacos. Very good bar with amazing food and outstanding staff. Did I mention perfect location? I fully recommend!

Their yuzu hot wings are amazing! We went their for dinner on a Sunday night and it was bumping. Lots of students come here. We also tried the burger and that was great too. Onion rings were crispy and made well. Everything was made to perfection. They also have a great beer selection.

Finney’s is a reliable, local mainstay. The food and atmosphere are consistently wonderful. The menu is vast, accommodating whomever you might be dining with. The location is central & it always provides a great spot to dine and watch the world go by. Ive gotten plenty of wonderful meals, my favorite has been the Jalapeño Egg Burger with Truffle Fries.

Awesome place, great food, not expensive. Happy Hour starting 3PM. Don't think twice, we enjoyed everything there

Finney's drinks are top notch and the Ahi Poke Tacos are a crunchy delight. I paired mine with a side Ceasars Salad and it was just the right amount for a meal. Our server on the side patio was awesome. They were attentive and made sure we were well taken care of while we waited for our table in the main dining area. The pizzas being served around us looked amazing and we are going to make a point to get back and try one before our return home! Our server experience inside the main dining area was a little lacking. When we first arrived it was great, but after our drink and food orders were taken, we didn't receive any service until our food arrived. After that there was an occasional check, but we weren't asked if we wanted any other drinks and I had to ask for a water refill. There was a large 7-8 top that was seated in their section, so that may have contributed to our lack of attention. Overall we enjoyed our time at Finney's and we will be returning soon.

A very good place to stop in for happy hour bites and brews. The beer is decently priced, a great beer selection, and pretty good apps. Good location as it’s near a bunch of other breweries. I would start here and branch outwards. Bartenders are ok and decently friendly.

Had a great time here, very chill vibe with a fun wait staff. We cane for happy hour, so the drinks were a great price and the food was super reasonable and tasted great. Nice place to visit that won’t break the bank during happy hour. Will definitely visit again!

My wife and I stopped by to have some drinks and food. They had a great variety of craft beers as well as cocktails. The food on the menu looked so good. We ended up just getting several appetizers that were also delicious. Service was awesome. Definitely recommend eating there to everyone.
