Very open cute place. House roasted beans. Traditional coffee and espresso for the true coffee lover so don't expect any fancy flavors with the exception of the house made vanilla. Seating inside or cozy outdoor alleys feels. Loved it!

The place looks clean, and the staff is so lovely. They work so fast even when they have too many costumes. They have two separate areas, one outside and the other inside, and both of them nice. Their food is delicious, Especially cowboy cookies🍪.

Absolutely incredible two days in a row. 😊☀️☕️ As a coffee connoisseur I rarely give 5/5, but in this case I literally drove 6 hours out here to Santa Barbara to try out this coffee shop again after it impressed me so much a few years back. Happy to say, Still phenomenal quality craft coffee and super kind staff years later!:) 😃👍🏽👍🏽

This place was fantastic! Hand down the best cafe in Santa Barbara. I am definitely coming back here next time I'm in Santa Barbara. We heard good reviews for this place so gave it a try & boy it didn’t disappoint! It was busy morning so stood in line for 10 mins & waited for our drinks for 5-7 mins more. Drinks are $3 to $6. And it was worth the wait! Their coffee was amazing and the baked items were delicious. I ordered a double latte & it was just perfect! Airy, foamy & bursting with best espresso flavor! It came in their signature white cups. This place is very cozy & has a friendly vibe. They have outdoor seating too. You get a beautiful view of Santa Barbara presidio. We also ordered cinnamon roll, cookies & almond scone. We loved it all!

The best shop in Santa Barbra by far and One of my favorite coffee shops in general. The Espresso is balanced and clean. Their baristas are all fantastic and it will please most coffee aficionados. They have a large variety of roasts to take home that will suite a broad range of flavor profiles. The pastries are always tasty. Stop here. Seriously.

There are many bikers coming to enjoy nice coffee at Handlebar Coffee at Santa Barbara. The shop name of Handlebar is selected nicely to attract bikers. Atmosphere seating both inside and outside are all great and comfortable. The Americano doesn't taste bitter but with great flavor.

I came here on two separate occasions now and had a good experience each time. The workers are fast, there’s a lot of space, and my matcha and pastry was good. It does get quite busy though!

The coffee is a must here for those coffee enthusiasts. I love to go to cafes to feel the vibe of the city. Here you get that and not so touristy out here atmosphere.

Hands down my favorite coffee shop in Santa Barbara. I’ve regularly rode over 125 miles just to enjoy the coffee here and enjoy the vibes. They never disappoint with the quality of their coffee and the place is so laid back and unpretentious.

Such a gem of a spot. Whether you’re a local or just in town for a morning, should be your go to. The coffee is great, the team is friendly and has a community vibe. They expanded to a larger space next door as well for additional seating / work space.

This coffee shop is one of the main reasons I come to Santa Barbara!☕️ The team is fantastic! It’s always a friendly morning vibe when I come there. Baristas work like a team and they have some fun cycling-style merch. The quality of the coffee beans is superb so any drink you order will taste great.

I love both locations of Handlebar Coffee Roasters (Canon Perdido & DeLaVina). I love their coffee drinks and their varieties of Tea. They have lots of tasty things to eat. Check them out!

Huge coffee shop with one entrance to the cashier and merchandise shop and another entrance to an indoor seating area. Both areas are connected. I ordered the drip coffee and both types of their vegan cookies. Everything was delicious. There’s indoor and outdoor seating. I saw people working on their laptops and people just socializing and having a good time. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Extremely polite staff and I’ve got to say, some of the tastiest coffee I’ve had in a LONG time. Wow! Definitely come here if you’re looking for a great espresso drink.

The best coffee shop in Santa Barbara! Their coffee is so good. I got an iced vanilla latte that was amazing, and my friend got an iced drip coffee. The cups are great sizes (Not those small cups that shops charge you $4 for) and they don’t charge you for oat or almond milk. Their breakfast treats were so good as well, I got their blueberry muffin. Very fresh and tasty!

Hip coffee setting with spacious and well designed interior and patio, just next to state street, good coffee and ice tea

Fun and busy coffee shop. Coffee cups are small (I usually get a large Starbucks and had to drink a cup & a half of the large at Handlebar). Interesting and fun selection of retail goods including stickers ($1). The coffee shop also uses a pastry bag that has a wax on it that preserves pastries (better than most) over a couple of days!

Friendly and helpful baristas! Cutest atmosphere with sunny outdoor seating. And delicious pastries with wonderful vanilla lattes. Would love to go back! Thank you!!!

Staying in SB for the holiday and come here two mornings in a row - it’s awesome! Line out the door was the first good sign. Cafe is superbly clean for how busy it is. Coffee is delicious, pops on your tongue & leaves your mouth watering. Friendly staff, lots of dogs, yummy pastries. A little pricey but worth it for a quality experience. Wish I had a Handlebar at home!
