Rather crowed spot with a lot of employees! Kind of slow but the lettuce wrap was good enough!

Food is good. Staff are running and doing the best they can but... I waited 45 min for my food when I got it everything was cold... Who likes to eat cold fries. I was number 14 and people in the 20s were getting their food before me. I had to walk up to ask for me order. If I were eating there I would have said something (it was taken away and I only live 3 min from there)... Just really disappointed because they were all working so hard and we had cold dinner and I threw the fries away, ate the burger cause I paid for all this food and I was hungry...who likes cold fries ☹️ I won't be going back.

I lived in California & moved to Washington & we don’t have any In an Out burgers there. It had been a while since I had one & man this didn’t disappoint us at all! Yumm. The service was good they staff is always so helpful & the lines move fast!

Can never go wrong with in n out burgers. A great place but fyi it's always busy. But it's worth the wait unless you're famished and can't wait. But always worth the wait try out some of the secret menu items like animal style burger and fries and a couple others that aren't listed but can always Google them to see the secret menu items.

A very good in n out, I like it very much. Best time to go is from 7-9pm, as its after the dinner crowd, but before the munchies crowd, so the wait is usually only 10 minutes. Such a great food place, wish i had one by me at home, sadly i live in southern california

Probably amongst the top 5 burgers I ate in my life. The tender meat, the crunchy bun with fresh ingredients. The location is very historic with some very pleasant a d kind staff members. A must try when un the area

What more can you ask for? Bright clean restaurant, fast service, and the classic In-N-Out menu. Convenient location right off 101 with quite a large parking lot. Can get quite busy of course, but plenty of outdoor seating.

Stopped here on the road during a family vacation. In-N-Out never disappoints! Everyone ordered the Double Double animal style with fries and a chocolate shake. Be careful with that if you're driving! Great food always puts people in a food coma! Thanks for an excellent lunch!

The double double was pretty good. I also got a chocolate shake which was good. There was a decently long wait, but extremely large amount of orders so they went relatively quickly. Fries were not good. Drive thru looked like the jersey turnpike during rush hour

Quintessential California hamburger. Outstanding. Fries are a tradition but they're In and Out fries. Huge Drive-thru line is well managed but I dined in. It seems so much easier. Big crowd at noon.

My gf and I were visiting from Canada and had to see what the hype was about. Ended up extremely disappointed. Ordered the cheeseburger combo with animal style fries. The burger was so-so (4/10) — underwhelming compared to Shake Shack and comparable options. The fries were literal CARDBOARD - I didn’t taste any semblance of natural potato content. Not exaggerating, the worst fries I have ever had. Service was on point - they handle the high volume well. I would never come here again.

Being from the east coast, this was a must on my to-do list visiting California. It lived up to the hype for me, but I also didn't have too high of expectations. The burger was delicious, but the fries could have been cooked more. We waited 30 minutes food which to me is a little obnoxious for a fast food establishment. Management didn't seem present and in control despite the place was busy and the drive thru line was long.

In-N-Out is unbeatable and this location lives up to that reputation! All of our customizations were met exactly and these burgers tasted as fresh as ever. Plentiful parking at this location and the crowds prove its quality. One of the most accessibly priced burgers around at the highest quality and definitely a SoCal classic - make sure to grab some if you’re around! The closest In-N-Out to central Santa Barbara makes it especially popular. Mouthwateringly good!

Pretty good food, if basic choices. I recommend the Animal Fries, they add a little variety. Standard fries here are un-salted and not as good as similar fast food chains. Service is fast, but there is often a line especially for the drive though.

Awesome place for a burger! My favorite place to grab an animal style burger with fries. So delicious. I usually dine in since the the drive thru line is always packed. The place is always so clean and there this plenty of seating. There is also a huge lot with a ton of parking as well. Be sure to try the milkshakes! They are really good.

This was my 2nd or 3rd visit to this In-N-Out. The drive thru is particularly popular and seems to be always a very long line, although it moves fairly quickly. The inside was also crowded even though we were quite late for lunch. The order taking was quick & friendly, the wait was pretty long, as was finding a table. Not a great visit...

Love their burgers, fries, animal-style fries, and milkshakes. What's there not to like about this place?

We had their single Cheeseburger combo with root beers. Dawn took our order and because she saw my husband was in a wheelchair she said she would bring our order to us. Was so nice as it was their busiest time of day, Lunch service. The food excelled with the crunchy bun, tasty meat and crispy French fries. They always get your food out quickly and I have never had an order incorrect. Thank you for making our day, In and Out of Santa Barbara. You're the BEST!!!

This place is busy as can be. Always a line of cars waiting. If youre in rush this isn’t the place to go. But if you’d like to have a classic diner experience in a way then go right on in. I wouldn’t say the food isn’t anything special. People just overhype it for what it is.

Come on, does anyone dislike In-N-Out? Food was great, staff was friendly, and this location was clean as a whistle. Not too much else to say; I'd recommend and would come back any time.

I come here often. The staff is always nice and the food is consistently delicious. Everytime I go to this restaurant it is always busy, however the meals come out quickly. The drive thru line is always long, but they do a great job of getting customer through.

I need to remember to check my order before I leave. Third time in a row they forgot an item. Animal fries. Three items.... burger fries animal fries.....

Visited California with my wife. She's from the area. This was the best double double animal style I have ever had!!!! Cheese was perfectly melted and creamy on the burger. The buns were so soft warm and had a great bite to them. OVERALL A+++
