I don't typically post but I genuinely did not like this hotel. They charge 5 star rates delivering 3 star service at best. The property itself is actually quite charming despite the rooms being dated. The hotel has alot of potential so it's a shame that it's not being run up to par. We had a less than welcoming check-in by an unpleasant receptionist by the name of Marissa. I then needed hot water to make formula for my sleepy baby and nobody at housekeeping or room service picked up despite multiple attempts. On my 3rd try dialing the operator, I finally got through to the front desk who said someone would bring me an electric kettle and after half an hr of waiting, I called again to follow up and they said the hotel doesn't actually have any electric kettles. I spoke to the hotel about the difficulty I had getting someone on the phone and they explained that they actually only have one line for the entire hotel... ONE LINE for 335 rooms when you're paying US$500+ a night. Also, what 4-star hotel doesn't provide electric kettles? Definitely my first... There are far better options for less.

Oh it’s a wonderful room and beautiful hotel but $20 a night to park and $30 a day for resort fees is crazy. Sure, it’s in the fine print but not the amount! You don’t know you’re paying another $50 a night until you get there!! $50! Why don’t you just be transparent and put it in the room fee when booking?! Also if you like to stay in rooms with good air conditioning book elsewhere. We had to sleep with the patio door open in November just to stay cool! The air in a roadside motel is better than this luxury hotel. Other than these two reasons, it is a good hotel. Clean, spacious, friendly staff.

This place is a big rip off. Paid $800/night for a week including the $30 self parking fee and $30 resort fee. They give coupons at the front desk for water, wine, and bike rental. Paint peeling in the room. Our room was next to the housekeeping control room and they came in/out all night long. Hotel pool is laughable and is more like a community pool you would see at a low level condo complex. Homeless people crawling around outside and inside the grounds. Definitely not worth the price point they bill out. Screwing customers because they are walking distance to the beach. Your better off saving the money and staying at a Hampton inn. That is an equivalent stay. Will never stay at a Hilton again. Going back to Marriott for sure.

Service was poor at best. My room was supposed to be ready at 4:00 pm, it wasn’t ready until 6 pm. The phone in the room was dead. It could not call front desk. The room with an Ocean view, had an ocean view and a view of the trash receptacles for the hotel. Room was plain and scant with amenities. Room was hot 82 degrees, but no way to adjust to cool down. In the restaurant I was promptly brought my food, then totally ignored. I asked 6 times for more coffee, and the waiter totally ignored me. Never got my coffee. Extra things, like parking, tennis, game, pool are extra charge per day, $30.00 most often. I left without staying the night. It was like a Motel 6 with a big name.

We were given a dirty room with view of construction and then offered an obviously fake apology when we checked out. Our room had - holes in the furniture (see pics) - mold in the shower - construction dust everywhere - minimal view - we also got stranded at the airport waiting for the shuttle despite booking it days in advance per the hotel’s instructions, which they then gave us some points and a food voucher for but it still made us miss the first few hours of our vacation. We were then given this dirty room when we arrived. - then when departing, we were told the shuttle had been booked by other hotel guests (who apparently are more important) The location of this hotel is nice but unless you are there for business or a convention they don’t seem to care about your experience. Stay elsewhere. All of this for $1400 for two nights and we couldn’t even use the outdoor space we paid for.

I am not a Hilton Loyalty member so maybe that makes a difference, but I did pay over $700 a night and the room on the first floor had wet carpet and smelled as if it had been flooded at some point. The white lamp shades were stained and had water damage it just didn’t feel very clean or sanitary. The phone also didn’t work, so it was very difficult to request extra towels. Very poor communication with the staff as I had booked a crib for my baby and when I arrived it wasn’t there. I then had to wait two hours for it to come and we had arrived late at night so it was a bit frustrating. No one took your beverage order at the pool you just had to walk up to their window. It’s not what I’d expect from a resort, but maybe they figure since they’re on the beach they don’t need to do much. The room was the largest disappointment, it just didn’t seem like a safe place to sleep and I was concerned with mold and mildew especially with a baby. I was planning on staying a week, but cut the trip short because it just didn’t feel as special as I wanted it to. The staff seemed nice enough and I liked all the outdoor games but everything was pretty worn out. I wouldn’t stay again, but I would attend a wedding there, that looked like a nice venue.

This hotel will bombard you with hidden charges! Resort fees, parking fees, and even worse than that, they are trying to charge me for in-room water and wine that they claim I had (I did not.) Hidden charges is one thing, but falsified charges is another! As if that’s not enough to keep you away from this hotel, it is understaffed, unorganized, and far less accommodating than it was before it became a Hilton hotel. For the prices and “resort fees,” the amenities are incredibly underwhelming. Also can we just get rid of the vouchers?! I could go on and on but I won’t waste your time; just like you shouldn’t waste your time by staying at this hotel. Stay away! And if for some reason you cannot, then vigilantly check your bill before leaving because they will take advantage of you because they either believe you won’t notice or they believe you won’t bother to fight extra charges. Don’t even get me started on the train noises… Would to do anything to prevent people from having the same experience my family had here. Shame on you, Hilton.

Great location near the beach, huge property, easy to get lost. Took us so long to get from one place to the other. Large rooms but property looks really dated & in need of renovations. We were there for a wedding & the outdoor venue was nice Check in was so slow - for such a large hotel, they had only 2 people at the front desk so long line. It’s an expensive hotel. $500-$600+ per night isn’t cheap! You’d think you’d get at least free breakfast, but nope. Nothing special about this place. They get customers only because of location.

The building itself is very beautiful and is right on the beach - perfect. Unfortunately, the service was mediocre and not up to the apparent standard of the hotel. I would like to describe one situation in more detail here. I stayed here with my family for two nights a few days ago. When we checked in, we were asked for a deposit ($200 per room). Unfortunately, all our ATM and credit cards did not work at the reception, although they had worked without problems so far. (Apparently this is due to the fact that we come from a different country - but we had the cards activated for the USA). However, we were able to withdraw cash at the ATM in the hotel and use them outside the hotel without any problems. We then wanted to give cash and, if necessary, would also have handed over our passports during our stay so that there was no "flight risk". The receptionist, however, did not see the point and indirectly made us out to be fraudsters - at least that's how it felt. (although the rooms had all been paid for months ago!!!). Then a young woman came to help, but she only repeated the same thing. We felt that we were not treated fairly and properly, after all we are guests and we have paid for it! After about 1 1/2 hours, they were able to accommodate us a little. We had to pay more deposit than originally agreed, but are allowed to use cash for it. This situation unfortunately overshadowed the whole stay in the hotel, which is why we were always in a negative mood regarding "Hilton".

Awful staff.... second time here and both times just as unpleasant... Front desk highly untrained. I requested an ocean view.... "not possible".... the restaurant.... all weirdos.... the pool... from no music to blasted then off again and.... Food at the pool, on Friday, restaurant opened sometime close to 12pm. At 12:45 I attempted to order food and was told the chef is on break for the next 45 minutes. Our room was not cleaned despite our request.... what is the $35 resort fee for????? Good location but no management.... too bad!

We stayed here in their ocean view suite. It had such a nice room/patio! We enjoyed that we got complimentary glasses of wine with our stay. Room service wasn’t going since it wasn’t the weekend, but we ate outside at the restaurant and the food and service was good. We enjoyed how they have games throughout the grounds (chess, checkers, croquet), how close it is to the beach and parks, and how the buildings are split up. Great hotel and wonderful service by everyone!

Very nice hotel in Santa Barbara California. Unfortunately we were given a room that had a disappointing view of the parking lot, when I booked it it said that it was a mountain view but they didn't mention anything about looking at construction trailers and the parking lot. When I went to the front desk to ask for a different room, the only miserable employee told me that I would have to pay an additional fee of $150 per night. The rest of the employees were very good. They have a nice pool, shuffleboard, ping pong tables. The restaurant is good with a very nice buffet breakfast. The nice front desk person named Cordoba was an outstanding customer friendly person. They have a 30 dollar a day resort fee, but you get to use the bicycles, and they provide a credit for breakfasts, and you get complimentary bottles of water and glasses of wine. The beach is right across the street. We spent $1700 for 3 nights in September 2023

The hotel could definitely use some sprucing up. The rooms are large but dated. My room had a wonderful ocean view and patio but the furniture on the patio was broken and incredibly dirty. You could see the other patios with similar broken down mismatched furniture. The bed was comfy and the room itself was clean. The entire hotel is carpeted with a us carpet which I'm sure is great for sound but impossible to move luggage on. There were no bell hops so I got a hell of a workout trying to get to my room and leave the room.

I am absolutely amazed by this hotel! The entire staff has been incredible. From the second I walked in, to the restaurant and bartender, it has been amazing! Once I get names I will edit this post and give them credit, but just know if you stay here you will not regret it. The location plus the staff is something you cannot beat! 10/10 recommend!

This is actually a very nice property with a very large, low (3 floor) layout spread across quite a number of buildings (due to the coastal commission not allowing tall buildings so close to the beach). The rooms are quite nicely appointed with very good bathrooms and beds. Refrigerators are included and at least the rooms we saw had balconies. The location is great and it is walkable to Stearn's wharf, the Santa Barbara harbor, and part of what is locally known as the 'funkzone' - mostly shops and restaurants. What puts this property onto my do not stay list are the (as the FTC puts it) 'junk fees'. In this case a required 'resort fee' of $35 that is not part of the advertised room price and exorbitant $40 parking - adding $75 per night to the stay. The FTC is working to make properties put resort fees into their advertised prices, but until this property does that, we won't be returning. Too bad, since it is really a very nice place in a good location.

Not a great value for the money. The location is nice but that's about it. Resort fees and self-parking fees are excessive. Our room had a "garden view" but was actually just next to a main walkway so we had to keep blinds shut so that people couldn't look into our room. Would not recommend.

I can not write enough good things about The Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort! From booking, to check-in, and during my stay, the experience was 5 stars! I was coming in town for a big birthday celebration, and the staff helped make it even BIGGER! They greeted us with a glass of complimentary wine at check-in (even threw in a few more glasses during my stay), and were more than accommodating to help me store the cake, and charcuterie boards that I had made. The property itself deserves 5 stars, for not only being located RIGHT across from the beach, and walking distance to The Funk Zone, but for the unique touches around the property. Every building is named after a different flower/plant, the architecture holds true to the history of the property (old train turntable and roundhouse), and the various beautiful sprawling gardens throughout the resort. If you are looking for a vacation spot to unwind, while still being in the center of the action, you found the spot!

How this hotel is even deemed a 4-star property is beyond me. The $30 “resort fee” is an absolute joke and to charge $30 for guests to self park is just unnecessary at a property like this. The rooms were outdated and dirty with stains on the carpet. Additionally, they give you “vouchers” for 2 bottled waters. Most 4-star hotels I’ve frequented provide as much water as guests may need.. especially when my wife is breastfeeding and needs to stay hydrated. No help with bags to our room was offered. I feel like this place is designed for conferences but in no way for families traveling to Santa Barbara. Wildly disappointed in our stay as this place came up short of all expectations. Won’t ever be back.

Clean room, comfortable beds, nice linens, great service, lovely pool and jacuzzi area, sprawling mission style hotel only 2 levels right on the beach with ocean views. There were no elevators to get to the second floor. Has WiFi but breakfast is not included. There is ample parking. There is an all you can eat breakfast buffet that is fantastic but it is a bit pricey. The grounds are well maintained with lovely trees and grassy areas. There are a couple of giant chess sets and shuffleboard on the property. It was a very comfortable stay and I would go back again for sure.

We spent one night here. We got a room with dirty linens. We called and they came to replace it. They refused to change the room. We did not spoil our mood and went for a walk around the city. The hotel has a nice bar with seating areas. And the breakfast was delicious in the morning

Cannot be beaten for location! The restaurant was great! We ended up eating there way more than we expected! If you are lucky enough to be served by Omar you are in for a treat! He is absolutely the best! The rooms are big and spotlessly clean! The pool was awesome with plenty of shaded spots to lounge! Then across the road is a beautiful beach.. HIGHLY recommend this hotel if you are staying in Santa B

From the time we entered the property we were happy! Valet services helped direct me to park and register, the front desk although busy was so friendly and attentive. Our room was inviting and comfortable, the pool was lovely and towels were stocked. Text to staff feature is a huge plus for simple questions about dining options and services. My only recommendation is to take a look at prices of onsite dining as they are on the higher side. Coming from San Diego is difficult to find a place we feel so fond of with relaxing and comfort in mind and this hotel did just that! we'll be back!

With tax, nearly $1000 for a Friday night, so my expectations are high. The room was not equipped with bathroom glasses or with shower gel. Air conditioning struggled to cool off room a few degrees even on an overcast day. Room clean; bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent ordered a la carte—for much less than buffet.

First visit to Santa Barbara. Not a cheap place to stay, but lots of little extras - which was nice. Room was clean, well presented and the bed was very comfortable. One issue was that the air conditioning was good and quiet - once it was running. But as it kicked in 5 times an hour - it sounded like a ‘bag of spanners’ being thrown around. Not great for a light sleeper and not something that you can really remedy late at night. These things happen and the staff made an adjustment to my bill on checkout - so that was reasonable. Staff were super friendly and super helpful. The food was first class - as was the table service. We are there on two occasions with different servers - both were excellent - as was Karen who greeted us. Pool was fabulous. My only observation at the pool was that the staff were playing upbeat music - which was good. However, the music they had chosen was full of expletives (f**k was heard a number of times). Not exactly what I was expecting as there were small children with families in attendance.

Automatically a 4 star review instead of 5 since there is a bogus resort charge, we all know are BS by the owners of the hotel group that use it to make more money. They don’t provide actual benefits. Though this hotel gave us 4 free glasses of wines. The front desk agents are great! Friendly, funny, and overall a great group to have, and very happy to be a Hilton Diamond. I was upgraded to a Junior Suite upon arrival, and was very happy with the room. The check in agent, asked me which junior suite I wanted, and let me pick. The hotel is in a great location, across the beach, and within a mile walking distance to anything needed. While there was a convention, I noticed no reduction in service, or extra noise or crowing. Great gym. Decent pool. I wouldn’t not consider this a resort. Just a massive hotel.

My room did not face the ocean it faced the mountainside. There wasn't much of a view, and even though the parking lot was below, it was still pretty quiet. The hotel is located pretty close to east beach which is a nice attraction and one of the nicer beaches in SB. The hotel is also along the cabrillo blvd where there is nice walking along the water. I wold recommend this hotel. good value for the price.

Unbeatable location, but there is a profound lack of attention to detail by the management. There was an hour-long line at check in as there were only two people working at the front desk. Pretty inexcusable as it was on one of the busiest weekends of the year. Noticeable trash, stained carpets in the public areas. Only 1 place to charge a car…which was just an extension cord, not a real charger. None of this is befitting a $$$ hotel.

I had a great room at the far-end of the property, the Bougainvillea, and enjoyed the nice garden/partial-ocean view. The room amenities were good and the room was extra spacious which was a big plus. As is typical in most hotels, the coffee situation was less than desirable especially considering that it was about a quarter mile to the next closest available coffee (main lobby area) so a 6AM trek upon waking was not a plus. Room service was really awful so don’t recommend unless you’re starving. All housekeeping services were excellent. Kirk and Orlando at Bell Desk were absolutely great, M@tt not so much.

The location was great when we visited Santa Barbara. It is right next to the walking strip of Santa Barbara. The biggest issue is that the parking is tight with only valet parking as an alternative. However, you can have the valet bring your car out all day and night for the $30 fee (August 2023). Of course, just like most hotels in Santa Barbara, nightly rights are quite pricey. The breakfast bar was good, but there is no continental breakfast. We would most likely book this place again the next time we are in town.

The first person who checked me in was amazing. However, the server at the restaurant was not very attentive and did not check back with us at all. I wanted another drink and had to go to the bar to get one. The location is amazing and the room was nice. It was hit or miss at the bike rental. The first time, they were very helpful. The second time I rented bikes, the guy just told me to get my own, which isn't that easy as I had to move around the bikes to get a child sized bike. He didn't even offer helmets, I had to request them.

The room was nice but bathroom and bedding were dirty upon arrival. My boyfriend called front desk to inform and we waited about an hour for someone to clean the room. Later, we requested if we can use a microwave and front desk said it was $20 extra for a microwave. It’s fine to charge additional but charging is after the room was dirty they could have been more courteous. It was expensive and we expected great customer service especially from the Hilton. The room and customer service did not meet expectations.

It is not 'beachfront' there is a road and dunes before you get to Beach. Their for a wedding...numerous issues, not to mention chronic staffing shortages, surly and sassy staff member, had to ask for additional stuff for room (even toilet paper...you can't leave an extra roll?) every day. Asked ahead of time if pool was heated...it was not. Many operations not fully functional...resort fee charges....for what...that was a true joke!! Not very helpful or accommodating for mobility challenged folks. Never had such a bad experience at a supposed 5 star hotel. Oh, and bring your own toiletries cause they are too cheap to have the little bottles in your room...instead they bolt big bottles to the wall like guests are all thieves or something. Would NEVER stay there again.

Can’t review rooms never got on one. Pulled up to front gate . Gate does not work. Pressed help button. No one answers. 5 cars stacked up behind me start getting agitated. I somehow back up to get out of way after wife gets out of car to ask car behind us to back up. No one else can get in either. Everyone starts to back up too in order. Park my car on street. go into front desk. They have no idea that gate is broken and that help button is useless. So also tell me parking is $40 a night. Bad timing. You think they may comp parking based on hassle? Nope. Place looks like a stretch to call it a resort. Broken parts of roof. Old wall and carpeting. Tired and needs updates. So I found another hotel. They do have good location . But I sensed something is wrong at this place. Not for me

The location is beautiful, but I was also pleasantly surprised by the amenities! Free two hour bike rental to enjoy the trails by the beach, a complimentary glass of wine. The hotel restaurant has a nice menu with tasty food.

Beautiful property that we picked based on location, but our beach view room had to listen to this music starting around 9am Saturday, which is still blaring four hours later. The hotel cannot control this, but buyer beware of this unfortunate situation. The check in process took forever, as others have noted. Other than that, staff seems friendly and we liked the bike rental that was a perk of the facility fee. Parking is a little pricey. For half the price, I am certain you can find something very nice elsewhere in town.

Nice ocean view and room was cleaned but Wi-Fi sucks and there are too many spider webs on the balcony. Food prices when you order so high it makes you question if this hotel is only for wealthy people. I couldn’t imagine a regular person with their family wanted to vacation here. Anyway, the double fees when you order food is ridiculous and steals away tip from the employees. I paid $6,000 for five days. I should’ve spent that on motel 6 that is feet away. I would’ve still got the ocean view and clean room with Wi-Fi that works.

The date is August 4, 2023 I have read many reviews regarding this hotel and not one of them gives the Hilton Santa Barbara a good review. We are now at this hotel and I must say that everything about this place is disgusting, restaurant understaffed, Check in understaffed. Waiting to be seated for dinner the hostess took 20 minutes to seat us because she had to light the fire pit. When checking in the front desk attendant tried to up sell us on a beachfront room and said the regular rate was $300.00 Per night but he would give it to us for $150.00 per night. and said that the room we booked on line and faced the parking lot and was a far walk from the lobby, at that point I should have left the hotel but it was late and we were tired from the drive so we stayed and paid the extra charge. I have read a great many reviews since arriving here and not one was good and I have come to the conclusion that all of your replies are just lip service and mean nothing. I am a movie producer and have much influence, rest assured that this experience will not go unnoticed. In conclusion the price for what you get does not reflect the quality or service that you receive. S Baer

Bittersweet experience with this hotel. When we arrived the checkin line was nearly an hour long, but we did get compensated a free breakfast for our wait, after asking. The hotel was beautiful and well kept and we walked down to the wharf which was a wonderful experience for our first time in Santa Barbara. Our room overlooked a train track but the last train of the night went through at ten (horn blaring because of all of the at glade crossings). In the morning, a car right outside our room had the alarm going off 5-10 times between 6-7am. When I went out in the hall I could tell everyone else was awake from the noises in other rooms. Hilton could not do anything about it, because they do not register cars at this location (good idea for future improvement for them). While the floor plan shows laundry. There is no laundry on site. While we had fun on the beach, the negatives of this place canceled out the $800 per night price tag and didn’t meet our expectations at all.

Our room was very spacious and had a nice and cozy fireplace which was good since it was freezing outside. The room was very clean and the furniture were not dated. Loved the shower as it had a body spray and the tub which was working perfectly. Definitely would recommend 😀

I stayed at the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort and was extremely impressed. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The location was perfect--right on the beach with amazing views and easy access to downtown. The amenities were great--a large swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center and multiple restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation.

Please book elsewhere. Santa Barbara has plenty of nice boutique hotels that offer better service and cleaner rooms. Called and booked 6 rooms for a wedding, with a suite for the bride and groom. When we go to check-in the suite and another room were not reserved, with the suite being sold out for the weekend. We made these reservations a month in advance and periodically called to make sure everything would go smoothly. Not only did they not have 2/6 rooms, there is all sorts of construction going on. As the bride is getting her hair and makeup done there are loud power tools in the room above breaking the tiles in the restroom starting around 8:00 am. Service was bad, and the carpets in all the rooms were dilapidated and smelly. Called the supervisor at the hotel and a Hilton representative and they could not do anything or offer any accommodations. Frustrating to say the least when one night costs around $600-$900. Again, there are plenty of great hotels and we tried to rebook at a different hotel after the Hilton hotel supervisor's, employees, and Hilton's representatives' incompetency, but were unable to book the day of.

Hotel location is great. Service was Ok, but personnel was visible understaffed. Food (breakfast): Very bad quality. No real bacon, no real scrambled eggs. I felt I was eating plastic. We opted to not have breakfast any more in the hotel. The entrance gate was always failing to open (either way). Many people faced this problem. It never got fixed while we were there (5 nights). Starbucks Coffee: Very bad service. 2 times I got different drink than the one I requested. For the price you pay here I feel that I should give 2 star rating, but I really appreciated the personnel effort to make us comfortable.

Beautiful location! Stunning views all around. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing was that they shut down the water in the middle of our stay for an entire evening. So we couldn’t shower of flush that whole night. Not ideal. Other than that, the restaurant was great, the Starbucks was quick and efficient, and it was fairly easy to navigate the premises. Tons of cute local shops and eateries although everything shut down at 9pm. Not a nightlife area, but great for a family stay.

A spacious and relaxing hotel which is well located and has some good facilities. It’s not really a resort hotel but does have a lovely pool, gym, basic spa etc. Our twin queen room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It’s about 15 minutes stroll - and very very pleasant - along the seafront to the heart of Santa Barbara’s shops and restaurants. We did get stung by the price of tennis - be warned they insist you rent tennis shoes and cannot wear trainers - and charged us for balls and to play. But we got a swift partial refund when we contacted the tennis pro. In summary, tennis isn’t free to guests. But there are municipal courts a short drive away if you can source rackets and balls. We bought second hand rackets from Play it again sports which worked out way way cheaper than the courts at the hotel.

Lovely location. We really enjoyed our stay. The fact that we could bring the kitten was really great, didn't have to stress about finding a kitten sitter. Honestly, we wouldn't have gone on this trip if kitty weren't allowed. So how nice!!! The staff were hands down the best!!! Everyone we dealt with were so nice, it felt like true Aloha in Socal!! We had room service breakfast twice since it was so yummy and fast. The dinner menu was very limited, so we ordered delivery to the hotel. Beautiful view, nice ambience and aesthetics. And the people, 5⭐

We stayed here three nights for an anniversary getaway, and it was wonderful! The property is beautiful, a set of Mission-style buildings facing the ocean across a wide expanse of grass and palm trees. Our room was very comfortable, and the accessibility features for my disabled partner were top notch. However, the very best thing about our stay was the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, often anticipating our needs before we even asked. I will definitely stay here again the next time I need some pampered relaxation time.

I had a meeting with some VIPS.. We also had to discuss "Top Secret" details concerning a project. So I decided to arrange the meeting in my suite. I had stayed at this hotel ..some years back when it was owned by the late actor and hotel owner .. Fess Parker.. He guest starred in the television 📺 series called "Daniel Boone".. This property is rather large..so you may want to have a golf cart ride you to your building...encase your not in the main lobby area. The hotel has made some up grades..gone are cookies..they use to give. They were so .... delicious 😋... 🍪...😂. I included a few pictures. Unfortunately I couldn't include pictures of the lunch and equipment.. because these VIPS .. would not want to be included in an online review.. what I can say is my view of the ⛱️ beach was superb. There is a pool..Self parking..The bed 🛏️ was rather shorter ..but really comfy. I really loved the 🚿 shower.. The buildings..you must use a key card as a safety measure. There is a park close by and an area off property ..where you can exercise... In the end even though ..it's no longer the Fess Parker... It's still a lovely place to spend a weekend, vacation or have a business lunch on property.
