The room itself was nice but the bath tub doesnt stay full, the bathroom window came off when i tried to open it and the tv kwpt glitching the whole night. The lady at the check in tried to charge my mother an extra $100 for the last time we were here for “animal hair everywhere” and tried to say we had 3 huskys in our room which is physically impossible to hide, and there are also cameras that can prove thats not true. The ladies that clean the rooms are very sweet though and hold their guests to very high regard, land lady was a nightmare!!!

Each staff part with whom we came in contact was smart and accommodating including housekeeping and room administration. We have effectively chosen to get back to this inn for our next excursion, which will be one year from now. We had a pleasant fourteen day excursion, and I have prescribed this inn to each of my partners, companions, and family. Much thanks to you again for such a remarkable assistance.

The mattress in room 206 needs to be replaced. It is unacceptable. It's a king size mattress but a third of it is unusable because it is substantially sloped. So it is functionally a full size mattress that only one of us got decent sleep on.

I recently spent some time at this motel and I've gotta tell you that my stay here was truly delightful. There's also free parking, wifi, free cable, microwave, refrigerator and plenty of small shops and restaurants nearby for your convenience. A room service list is also provided if you really don't feel like venturing out. It would be the ideal spot if you're passing through on your way to San Francisco or Los Angeles. Room rates are affordable depending on your time of travel and its just minutes away from the 101 freeway. You won't regret it!

Nice upgraded motel ! In mid-January I spent close to $100/night and this was good value. Well maintained inside and out — good bed, slightly soft. ‘Wood’ floors nice but a bit worn in spots. Great TV with full cable with a few HBOs. At least 2 breakfast places steps away and a Gelsons groceries very close too ! See pics of murals on exterior and awesome fig trees on the ‘grounds’

Entire experience is awful and they would not refund me because the manager is off-site. Felt unsafe with cracked window and entire unit as rundown. Bed is awful and loud, exposed power outlets, floss threaded shower curtains, banged walls, leaking faucets and shower heads, grime everywhere, leaking fridge (unsafe?), just a joke. Go anywhere else at all. Never stay here.

No, no, no. 342 for 2 nights in November. They have a lot to improve. Positive - comfortable mattress and clean. Negative- repair was made maybe 40 years ago. Owners make 0 investments into business. For example, they sew bath curtain. I travel many countries, but I never saw a cheap approach to clients. Repair needs to be done. I would not come back to this place.

Although the price was high because drake was performing this one employee made my night. I asked for water and they didn’t have any so he offer to buy me water as he was going to the store. Bro deserves a raise, 10/10 experience.

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Stayed only one night. For a longer stay I might choose a more quiet area as the motel is located on a busy road.

Standard motel. The price was right and it worked out. I went to check out in the morning and they didn't respond to the "ring" so I just left the key card in the room. The office smelled like delicious Indian food though...

Very comfortable beds. Not so comfortable pillows. I would advise bringing your own pillow like I did, if you can. Shower and bathroom are nice, but I would also bring my own shampoo and conditioner and soap. Lovely outdoor decor, great staff.

Gues staff was incredibly nice! I was going through a rough path in which my reservation didnt safe, had to split it 5 ways, had nowhere else to go and she kindly and patiently helped me through the process. Once I saw my bedroom I was quite happy, I was expecting outdated everything but they definetly provided. The TV had all channels, the bed was so soft, warm and cozy. They even had a bathtub where I took the most relaxing bath. I am very grateful for this place and it blew my mind beyon expectations

We went to Santa Barbara for a day trip. We weren't expecting too much from our room, but right from the friendly check in, the employee offering dinner recommendations... we will definitely return.

Pros: convenient location close to shops and restaurants, relatively quiet depending on neighbors, beautifully painted on the outside of building. TV was a nice size. WiFi worked, though not very good service. Cons: I hate to leave bad reviews but they didn’t try very hard to set a standard. Duct tape all over flooring, screen missing from window bathroom. Bed had what felt like sand in it, pillows very flat and not comfortable, windows didn’t feel secure (did not feel safe). The furniture was falling apart, lamps had holes in them, table tops falling off stands. It was not at all worth the $400 we spent for two nights. I wish I had at least seen some effort, I don’t like to leave bad reviews however I felt like there wasn’t even an effort made to make this stay good.

The furniture was dated and the walls all need fresh paint, but i did appreciate the big television, mini fridge and microwave. The receprionist was pleasant, and the rates were fair considering how close to dowtown area it is

The room was clean, nice big tv with microwave and fridge. I would definitely stay there again. I gave it 3 stars because the lady at the front desk did not let me do late check out. I am a paying customer and deserved a late check out.

Very comfortable motel. The room was spacious, it even had a small table with two chairs. Location is great, there are several stores and restaurants nearby. The lady in the front desk was lovely.
