I love this restaurant. They are ALWAYS so polite, so positive and so quick. The food always comes out hot and fresh and is absolutely delicious. There are options if you feel like comfort fast food and healthier options as well. Visit this location every chance you get. The only downside is that they are closed on Sundays.

It's hit or miss here. Too many times I have items missing from my bag but I still got charged. I tried calling Immediately and left a message and no call back. That's not right 😕

Above and beyond when it comes to customer service. The staff are very kind and the food is delicious. The restrooms are very clean compared to other fast-food restaurants. You can sit outside to enjoy the scenic view of the American flag as you eat your delicious food.

First of all they gave us the wrong item, The burger taste was bad, the buns were soggy, letuce and tomatoes taste horrible, the pattie smelled little weird and felt undercooked, the only good thing was the fries, totally overrated.

Food is good nothing too special. Milkshakes are made well. Service is not that great. We were missing an item and they were looking at the food that we ordered but everyone was eating except the person missing the food. I really think that if she found it she would have taken away from the person. We were a large group of 18.

Whatever you need a quick bite to eat with no screwing around, Chick-fil-A will sort you out. They never screw up your order, don't keep you waiting, and you'll always get a nice cold drink with that good ice. The service is always top notch and the food is always fresh. A staple when I need to get something quick and on the go.

I come to this chick fil a every morning and the drive through service is horrible un attentive slow and they give you attitude not at all like the other chick fil a I've been to customer service two stars I'd give it a one if wasn't for the couple that treated me right

I came on Friday evening while it was super busy. I had a item wrong with my order and CFA employee Edward came up to our table and asked if everything was fine with our order. We explained we had an item wrong. He made sure to give us a new fresh order in a matter of 2 minutes during rush hour! Exceptional service. Thank you Edward for accommodating!

So, this place has, in my opinion, the best chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese! The only thing that would keep me from coming often would be the price! Too expensive for a fast food place. Service needs a little work on the outside, although I understand that lines are long it doesn't kill to be extra courteous sometimes.

Always a good or great service. Food is consistently good and taste fresh. I have had a few problems when placing orders on my phone but not their fault. I say this because they took the time to help and explain. I wish other restaurants with higher price point could deliver like this.

They only put 11 nuggets in my 12-piece chicken nugget. I asked them if they could help out with that, and they gave me five more nuggets. Then, when I was sitting outside, an employee came out and gave me and my two kids a free fresh warm oatmeal chocolate chip cookie! Chicken strips: 4/5 Grilled chicken nuggets: 4/5 Grilled chicken patty: 3/5 Spicy chicken patty: 2/5 (too spicy) Cookies and cream shake: 3/5 (not enough cookie flavor)

The chicken is real chicken not like in other places and you can feel it. Definitely the best fast food restaurant.

The entrance to the drive thru was a bit confusing. We came from the smart and final side and had to go down a few aisles to actually find the drive thru entrance. We only waited a few minutes for an order taker to approach our window. Getting to the counter was extremely fast. A man was stationed outside handing food to cars. The noise between the 6 workers inside the location near the window was so loud. The man had to scream the extra condiments we needed. I'm not sure if that's the norm. I thought it was strange and a bit annoying that he had to scream. Food was tasty though. I really liked the chick-fil- A sauce on my sandwich. The waffle fries dipped in that same sauce was a great combination as well.

The dining room is closed due to Omicron. As a tourist i can say food was ok but I felt the hambuguer and fries greasier than Cane's. Still good and cheap food

This place is really expensive and the food is not even that good and plus as I show in the receipt they charge for everything even for a paper bag and they add another items without permission because my wife never ask for one nugget and they charge her for 1 nugget almost 1 dollar that my wife not even ask for.

Overall 5 ***** service, food and atmosphere. Stopped by for lunch and ordered 2 Philadelphia rolls, tempura spicy tuna and agua Chiles roll. Absolutely delicious! Also order 2 tall Sapporo's 😁 As with all seafood pricy yet well worth the cost.

Perhaps the worst Chic Fil A I’ve ever been to. As a company that prides themselves on exceptional customer service, I’m not sure how this one dropped the ball. Was waiting to have my orde taken for over 20 minutes while others had their order taken and was out in about five minutes. At least 3 employees were on phone calls openly behind the counter. CONSUMER BEWARE: avoid this location and just go to the location on Devonshire, which runs a lot more efficiently.

If I could give it a 0 I would. I found a hair in my food TWICE… yep TWICE. Imagine taking a bite out of your sandwich and finding a big THICK grey hair??? Or even better eating your SALAD AND PULLING A BIG BLACK HAIR OUT OF YOUR MOUTH? Yummy right? I went to ask for a refund and they only refunded me for my SALAD. All in all Go here if you want to find a hair in your food. I’ll drive the extra minuets to go to another location.

It's a chik fil a...but what sets this one apart from others is that the workers are super friendly and helpful. On more than 1 occasion I've talked to the manager about how awesome they are. My kids like this one because of the indoor playground.

When did Chick-fil-A became so good? Never mind, they turn to be one of the best places lately.

After a long day, the smallest of gestures can make a huge difference. Shift leader Zana not only had amazing energy and a welcoming attitude close to closing time, but she also went above and beyond when she thought it would help a random stranger. And it did help. It's little moments like this instance that really help keep the good energy of the world moving forward, and bring back perspective of how little things make a huge difference. Needed a quick lunch on the road and didn't want the usual suspects, so decided to stop by and do drive through. Food was good and hot, the drive through is run like a Nascar PItstop, lots of people running around getting a job done quickly and efficiently. Everyone is super nice and order was correct.

Jan 6 2024 This was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. My no 2 deluxe came with no cheese. When I told them, they gave me a slice of cheese in a bag. My wife's sandwich was cold. I ordered senior drinks ( used to be free with purchase of a sandwich), but they no longer do the free drink. To top it off, they charge a 10 cent bag fee. They claim they have to charge it by law, but no other place in the valley charges a bag fee. DON'T GO HERE!!!! PS - I would give 0 stars if I could!
