Fan-bloody-tastic service. Beautiful store. Large range of Apple products and accessories right in the Stanford Mall ...beside Tesla. Always a great experience and worth dropping in just to see what's new. The checkout experience always makes me smile. The staff are super helpful and interesting to chat with too.

Came to the store to pickup an order that was done by an Apple employee under my name. As he knows me with my previous last name (before I got marriage) he used my "original" last name. The credit card matched, the address matched, my address matched my old last name but they didn't want to give me the device. I asked to talk to a manger and Fedoa came over (who didn't bother to go with her badge so people will know who they are talking to..). I told her that we were born with brain so we can use it to think, as a response she said that if I won't be respectful she will ask me to leave the store. Luckily I am not using iPhone and I don't have to deal with that regularly but I don't understand people who chose that. I spent an hour on the phone (as Fedoa gave me the tech support number and not the customer support department number) and Apple customer support were able to connect the dots. If miss Fedoa would have wanted to help, she could do more, but the easiest solution is to kick me off the store so why would she bother. I used to work at Apple and I embarrassed to see the level of support they give to their customers

Awful experience: poorly trained and extremely impolite technician. Have been told that they can try to repair the issue with my mac but, if they break something else in the process, I would have to pay for the repair of the latter. Also not a pleasant interaction with the genius. Better customer service can be found at Home Depot than here.

I have been to this store several times and experience there was good. However, today I want to have my screen fix and Eva was the one who was helping me. She didn’t answer my questions and touch my screen without my permissions. She put my information in her iPad and then began to talk to others. After I mentioned I didn’t receive my message, she said ‘if you want to get help, you need to be nicer’. I think she is really rude. 1. Not answering my question 2. Touch my screen without my permission 3. Ask me to check message instead of explaining anything ( I still haven’t received any message yet) . 4. Not explaining anything. After that I tried to talk to her manager, she bring someone back which I don’t think it’s her manager. That lady is very defensive and said ‘ Eva is one of the best here.’ She didn’t explain and completely deny what I’m saying. I finally talked to the real store manager, he was nice. This one star is just for Eva as well as the fake manger she brought to me. Eva is so RUDE. So is the fake manager.

Even 1 star too much for apple store, I bought 1 and half years ago 6 series Apple Watch, and suddenly my watch is dead, before that happened I noticed that my watch’s charge goes low very fast and after that one day my watch is dead.I called to support of apple and agent said that your battery is dead.He sent me to Palo Alto store of Apple. I faced there with crazy mans . I tried explain them that my battery is dead, they say me that we have to diagnose watch before sent to service. But as I said my phone was dead and I said them how can you diagnose my watch if there is no any charge. It means my 500$ is dead.Of Course I never will buy any Apple products again.I came to the conclusion that —-Apple service prices for battery 79.99 anything else 299.99 and they never change it for 79.99 because you can't prove that the battery is the problem because they don't work at the that time.I said them please check my battery I know 100%is problem is battery. They as crazy said we can’t diagnose without charge.

The store is nice. The people isn’t as nice as other stores. The staff isn’t helpful and sometimes makes mistakes in handling my order. I simplely don’t know how a Apple store can be consistently mediocre like that. Not recommended if you purchase stuff other than using the credit card and pay in full. More complex than that they will screw up.

Nice store however it's always difficult to get any help or simply pay for a purchase. While I love my MacBooks and desktops it seems like a place that is actually charging $14,000 for a computer should be better staffed. The Mac platform is unparalleled, and I'm a fan, but the support is definitely waning. Plan a supply of patience when visiting.

Expect to spend several hours doing literally anything at this store, staff keeps you there all day seemingly on purpose. Perhaps it makes the store look more busy? If you don't mind being ignored by staff for 30+ min after already waiting for a place in line this is the store for you!

Purchased a $5,000.00 Apple MacBook Pro, as well as several other products, Iphones, IPod and accessories over a long period of time. Came back to store asking for help to pair a set of Bose wireless headphones. Was told No! That they don't assist customers with pairing devices. Was spoken too very Rudely and was ask to leave the store Immediately. My personal opinion Racial bias was involved

Worst experience I ever had in an Apple store. Staff are unhelpful and amazingly inefficient. We spent 4 hours at the store due to technical problems with our purchase and had to cancel and leave after half day waste of time.

Ended up spilling water in the store, but the reaction of the crew were swift, immediate and professional. They identified the spill, disposed of the object that caused it, put up a warning of wet floor immediately, rinsed and wipes the products back to pristine state and went on with their business. Ended up purchasing a LaCie SSD for a reasonable price (surprisingly cheaper than if delivered by Amazon). Overall this experience was pretty damn great.

Do not trust this store! I bought an iPhone 14 in cash to give as a gift to my wife. When I got home, in another country, they handed me an iPhone 13 including the invoice for the iPhone 13. Since I paid in cash, I have no way of proving it. The attendant was super confused and when it was time to pay and deliver it to me, he changed to another even more confused one. Check the product they deliver to us.

Fred was super helpful and had spectacular attitude. He assisted my neighbor with a technical issue. My neighbor also purchased a new iPad but this representative wasn’t as helpful or friendly. He was ready to get the transaction completed and was short with answers. Overall good experience.

iPhone 15 Day One: The line was not very long, took about five minutes to get inside the Apple store. After a 10 minute consult with a product expert, checking all the options and trade offs, made a decision and got the phone I wanted. Entire transaction took less than 20 minutes from start to finish inside the store. A very satisfactory customer experience.

Shout out to Edgar for an excellent screen installation. They got a fancy machine that fits it perfectly. But what I appreciate is Edgar taking his time to make sure there are no blemishes or imperfections. Feeling a lot more secure about my new phone with the case and screen in place.

The WORST SERVICE YOU CAN IMAGINE from the manager at the Apple store. I purchased an Apple computer with a headphones. The headphones were broken out of the box! The store wouldn’t take it back. So I shipped it to Apple. They VOIDED THE WARRANTY and They sent it back stating that I had broken them ( absolutely not true, I hadn’t even used them for one second! ). APPLE HAS BECOME ATROCIOUS AT CUSTOMER SERVICE . Apple used to have excellent customer service. NO MORE ! I give Apple one star simply because I can’t give them zero.

I've been an Apple customer for over 15 years, I've always been well attended. But my latest shopping and custumer service experiences at the store have not been treated with due respect. On 11/18/19 I went to the store to buy an apple watch, I found this employee 1 (picture) in the display and asked for help because I wanted to make the purchase, he did not give me attention, looked at me with the utmost disrespect, and asked me to go to another attendant. The employee 2 was busy I waited for 5 minutes and had no opportunity to start the purchase. I went back to the employee 1 (pictured) begging for help, he refused again and called a employee 3 who was very kind and helped me make my purchase. Although I made the purchase, the seller's feeling of disrespect and decriminalization (photo) ended my day. I wonder if my clothes make a difference in the service I get at the Apple store? Does my skin color make a difference in the service I get at the Apple store? Does my latin american accent make a difference in the service i get at the apple store? I feel disrespected.

I usually buy my Apple products online on my corporate account as I've had a lot of bad experiences in physical stores. Apple employees are usually more arrogant and unhelpful compared to Microsoft and Best Buys. I had an especially terrible experience at the Burlingame location. However, I usually have pretty good experiences here. Ephesia was very patient and helpful in trading in an old iphone for a new XR. She did a great job putting on the protective screen for 2 phones. The check in at the front was also expedient.

Had some trouble with sticky keys. Made an appointment online with genius bar. There was a wait time of a week. I was on dot and was in out of the store in 10 minutes. Tech guy just told me that blowing compressed air around the keys should be enough. Now observing other people I could see that if you are late by 10 mins, you might be denied an appointment. Techies were super efficient. Location on maps was incorrect and I put in an edit to update it.

Came here to get my Apple Watch fixed, the staff were very helpful. I scheduled an appointment and I was out in less than 30 minutes. The store is spotless and I really enjoyed coming. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone needing technical support with their Apple device.

Super bad experience at the Genius Bar, went here a few time to fix an AirPod and failed to resolve my issue. Unprofessional and extra long wait time, never receive text messages for appointments, sent us to wrong table to wait, bunch of stuff just chatting in the corner while they could have easily helped us. Apple’s service is getting worse and worse, while product lacks break through innovation,

Apple is a bully, and they use their name as a leverage. they had me waiting for hours only to tell me that they couldn't repair my phone because they are out of stock. The richest company in the world the cheapest in the world. Didn't offer any discount for the waste of time and money. Its a shame!!

Marcel (the manager) and Chand Heng were both very accommodating and made me proud to be an Apple customer. Sometimes you encounter managers who forget the human element and make things unnecessarily difficult just because of 'technicalities' or silly rules. Not these two. They were able to process my requests and get me on my way as a happy Apple customer. It was hands down the best Apple experience I've had. I hope Apple holds on to valuable talent like them.

Clean store and great service by Angelica, helped me with a peculiar and very time consuming request, but ultimately ended up with a Pro Max purchase at the end of the day. Friendly, and knowledgable, what you want in a store rep. Someone give this girl a raise.

Racist Employees!! Stay away if not are not white. It's an experience few months old but it needs to be shared. I went to pick up an iPhone pro 11 ordered online to the shop. I shared the reservation code after walking in and the employee went to the back of store to pick up the phone and handed it over to me and I signed the acknowledgment pick up - So far so good. Once I signed it the employee told me to leave the shop!!!! Why? I had no communication with the employee and was well dressed and I also work in a R&D company in the Stanford Research Park nearby. I left without saying anything but felt very hurt for asked to leave for no reason. Every other customers who was not of color was greeted with smile.

Great staff, very helpful and patient. We spend about 90 mins (but felt like hours) buying a new phone for my mom, two different staff members helped us. One walked us through the options then gave us some space to think about it, absolutely no pressure, he made a point anyone could help us as none of them are on commission or anything. When we were ready another staff member help us with the transaction, accessories, setup and everything else.

Don’t trust what they tell you if you call. I was completely misinformed and sent on a wild goose chase! I called this store to find out about a return for a Magic Mouse that I had purchased in the last year that had died. They told me that I wouldn’t need the receipt or the box that it came in but that I should make an appointment. So I was transferred but the schedulers told me ‘no appointment needed’. When I arrived at the store it was a completely different story. They told me that I absolutely needed the receipt and wasted my time talking in circles. I talked to the manager but he wasted more of my time. It was obvious that they just don’t care.

This has to be one of the most innovative apple stores I've come across. The staff is really nice and I was looking around and one of the staff members explained to me how they had to bring the glass (which they used to make the walls) by helicopter which I found really cool. The back of this place is full of demos and cool little contests for drawing on iPads. Definitely a great store.

Fantastic staff and super clean, minimalistic layout! It makes it super easy to get what you need, whether that's talking to a technician or picking up the latest products! If you drop in, be sure to check out their latest additions and chat with a staff member! You might end up going home with a purchase you weren't expecting!

It’s an Apple Store; if you’ve been to one, then you have a pretty good idea what to expect. This one is on the larger side, so seems to have more capacity for Genius Bar appointments than other, smaller Apple Stores in the area.
