I would have really enjoyed my stay if I didn't have to keep telling the office my door code also didn't work didn't have soap in bathroom and also we didn't have a microwave until our 2nd day stay and the oven doesn't cook ur food properly like u have to cook it on 600 degrees lbvs....I have been here before never had these problems but hopefully the stay will change in near future!!! Holiday do better since y'all have let go the previous owners!!!

Cutest place! The cottages were clean and good size. So fun that they give a nice size bucket of fish food to feed the fish, kids loved it! They keep their ponds well stocked so even the youngest of anglers will be reeling in fish. The playground was great with several different play areas. While the pool was on the small side, it was clean and refreshing on a hot day. Train ride was fun and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will stay again!

We stayed for 3 nights and we had a great experience at the cottages. The convenience store had pretty much anything you'd need to make your stay pleasant. The pool was very clean with a lifeguard on duty. All the staff members were very friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to speak with. There are 5 fishing ponds on property that my children loved fishing at. They give you fish food to feed the fish as well! The cottage we stayed in was 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Very clean, well kept, and uupdated. The air conditioning was nice to come back to after a long day in the sun at Holdiay World. The beds were comfortable as well. My family enjoyed our stay and we'll be coming back for future vacations!

I expected more for the price. These adorable cottages are not kept clean at all. When we first arrived no one was there to greet us (4:30pm) but they did have a map to show us the grounds. Not many cabins were being used at the time so it was very quiet. From the outside they seem clean with nice ponds and fountains. However after entering the 1 bedroom “mistletoe “ we found left behind underwear , bug remains, several spiders(even in the microwave), dust and webs in every corner, blood on the quilt (we paid for the linen package-so even more money) ,and stained pillow cases. My toddles socks were dirty from the floors. The coffee pot had mold which I've never seen before and it was gross. The management did respond to our request to get a replacement one quickly but it should have been checked beforehand. It clearly was sitting there dirty for a long time. What a disgusting experience for $250 a night. The playground wasn’t clean -leaves and branches everywhere and had several defects(broken basketball rim-unusable for little kids, pulled up grips on steps and the tether ball flat ) the sand pit was just a mess. And the grass needed to be mowed badly. The ponds as I said were very nice and my son caught his first fish that was the only positive of our stay at the lakeside cottages. It’s sad because it was our first visit to Santa clause and the town was great and holiday world was so very nice but we will not return to the cottages.

This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Santa Claus, IN. Ed and Justin are very friendly and hospitable. We had a rainy and cool weekend in May, but the cottage and atmosphere lead to great family time.

One of the best places to stay when visiting Holiday World. Very close to the parks and lots of sleeping options.

We enjoyed our time. Its probably because its a new set up but you dont think about tp or trash bags probably planning for a rental.... well bring some. They have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, they supply a small maybe 2 1/2 rinse bottle for dishes and 1-2 paper towel rolls. We a were 4 nights. +fishing. Plus we cook in. Fridge was great. We had a king bed + living room futon and a hidaway bed. We like it cold so we had to sleep warmer for lack of what we considered blankets. They werent bad but just thin. Real nice wet up. I feel like they could say $50 more we will provide fire wood, more tp and trash bags, soap, etc. Over all. Nice stay. Mostly because we had friend and between the two we made it work. Pool closes way early

I was pleasantly surprised with how nice and clean the cottages were. Not to mention, located on several well stocked lakes with a pool and space to ride bikes, walk and play. Great location for a family weekend away!
