Had a wonderful holiday with our daughter and granddaughter whose highlight was the communal pool. Apartment was as per photos and inventory. Lift a little small with luggage but we sorted it out and had lots of exercise with the stairs. Cannot fault the level of service with the staff, any little niggle was dealt with promptly. Used the facility to leave luggage prior to apartment being available. Would certainly recommend and hope to return in the future

Perfect location and a very easy process across the board. From holding our luggage until the room was ready, actually getting into the apartment, and arranging transportation for us upon departure. Seemless and easy.

Very nice, modern, clean apartment in a great location. Enjoybcn staff were extremely responsive and helpful on many occasions. Electricity and A/C worked well, as did all appliances. Very easy to get a taxi or Uber just steps from the door. Only minor issue we had was that both showers would not drain to the point of overflow if we did not turn off the water. Staff was quick to fix the first one, but unfortunately it happened again to both showers on our last night. Despite this, I would highly recommend this apartment and Enjoybcn, as I'm sure these issues will be resolved quickly.

The staff avilablity was fantastic. They helped us and were very helpful using whatsapp. The apartment itself is very well located and looks luxsury, but it must have a new spray for Insect control. We saw a few and it wasn't nice. Moreover, for that money we would expect to have an extra blanket when we asked for or more toilet paper and soap when we asked for, but I can understand it is not included a room service.

Beautiful place. Ideal location, clean spacious and well stocked. Nuria, Marc and Mario communicated perfectly with us and ensured we had everything we needed. We will return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

We had a great time in a lovely, clean, well maintained and equipped/furnished, well positioned and quiet appartment, with a cooling pool, in the gothic quarter. Perfect for a family of six, including four teenagers. Very friendly and responsive, unintrustive hosts. Thank you!

The most amazing apartments in the heart of Barcelona! We honestly couldn’t have asked for more! The apartments we’re clean and fully equipped with everything we could ask for. The rooftop was such a beautiful area as a huge added bonus too! As for the customer service and communication, it was impeccable. Any query, question we had was answered within minutes! Super clean apartment and really ideally located! The swimming pool area was very pleasant, especially for relaxing after spending a day exploring the city. The customer service is amazing and responds anytime if you have any questions via whats app or emails. Without a doubt I would not hesitate to return!
