Very bad experience. I’m usually the biggest Papa John’s fan, but this time and this branch … wow. Staff dosen’t speak any english! Longest waiting time to order although we were the first in line! Saw the staff eating from a pizza box that was meant to be delivered and closed it again to send it out! Saw the staff working with their hands, hugging and being very comfortable together around the kitchen! Staff is also very loud together! We were the only people in the branch and still our Pizza took around 25 minutes to be ready. It came hot but the ingredients were not fresh. So one of the worst pizzas I’ve tasted not just at papa John’s but in general … oh forgot about the price. Too expensive for nothing!! Someone just tell me how to retrieve this star I gave them So disappointed and sad

I ordered hawaiian pizza for take out and i just notice when i got home that they didn’t put pineapple on my pizza. So disappointed.

Long wait times (50 minutes for one pizza). Woke up the next morning at 3am with stomach pains and potential food poisoning.

Way too much garlic sauce on it. It's a lot better in the USA. It has garlic parmesan sauce there but not too much.

Standard Papa John's restaurant. The interior decor is simple and modern, however the place looks a little run-down. The pizza was tasty and the portions were generous. The staff was friendly, however the service was a bit slow and the place was not even busy. The prices were reasonable. Overall, I think the quality of service was average.

If you're in Barcelona and want a great feed, all you can eat. Papa John's is the place to go. Service is fast, and the pizzas are delicious.

Food is how you expect it, so it depends on your tastes. Staff is very nice and efficient, kudos!

Pizza was amazing! Place was clean but as a tourist I had a very difficult time ordering. The present staff knew barely any English hence 4 stars.
