Organisation is terrible, you spend one hour waiting in queue for tickets and jackets, while there’s not that much people at all. I’ve seen much bigger parties where you get in faster. They are so slow and so badly organised, not to tell how rude they are. The terminal for credit card suddenly stopped at the bar, and we had cash in jackets in wardrobe, but they charged us for taking cash from the jacket! Also place is full of robbers and security guys seem not to care when you complain. List other bad reviews all is true! I wish they close the place for good.

Terrible Arena experience. We wanted to grab some drinks with my friends visiting. It was monday and the club was completely empty. I dont think it is the right condition to charge 12 euro per person for the entrance on monday to the empty place. They could make some money from us, selling drinks and we would bring more friends there. Also, other guests that, by any chance, would arrive after us would not get into an empty place. Our friends arrived shortly and we went to another place where the party was great. Now I understand why this place is empty. Just bad management and customer approach. You are not a welcomed guest. You are viewed as a wallet with money that should squeeze like a lemon. Definitely, it was our last time there. Do not recommend it.

NOT NICE SECURITY!! Me and 5 of my friends took tickets online for the club and we all entered showing our tickets. After 1,5h of dancing we decided to go out for a smoke except one friend who was at the bar taking a drink. When we went out they gave us "invisible" stamps on our hand in order to come back to the club. A bit later the friend that was waiting at the bar joined us outside, but appeared that nobody at the security put a stamp on her, nobody said that she needs a stamp when she went out. When we tried to come back we all entered except for the friend who they didn't put a stamp on. She showed them her online ticket but the security didn't care and told her to go in the back of the line (at that time it was a really really long line) and pay again for the entrance!! She tried to explain that nobody put a stamp on her and she has the ticket that she paid for but they refuse. They brought the girl to tears with their rudeness!!! They were really unpleasant with her and didn't take any accountability for their own mistake, didn't even let her back in the club . Never coming back here again. Worst security and management ever.

The worst music I ever got in my night life experience. The DJ is basically pressing play and playing the most random and confused remixes of pop with electronic beat. 15€ euros wasted with big frustration. The space has potential in terms of size and location, but you need to hire a proper DJ to create the vibe.

I don't know, I feel cheated, I drank a lot at the bar, they gave me a complimentary ticket to this place, when I passed the entrance, it turns out that it was only half of the courtesy, okay, nothing happens, I paid the 10 they asked me for, Then they gave me a drink for the entrance and at the bar when I order my drink they make me pay 7 euros of the 14 that the drink was, I mean, courtesies or not, you always have to pay, I don't understand anything. The problem is not paying, but rather being deceived with false exclusivity. Better go and pay and forget about all the fake promotions that will still make you pay. You should always pay even if you have a card that says courtesy. And this happened to me twice.

Such a weird place. Seems a bit like a tourist trap. Employees are a bit strange too. Most important issue is sound. Its bad and if you in the wrong part of the club, you can’t hear much. Barcelona has better clubs to offer!

The club is cool but the music is again a club so they need very good DJs...

It’s a club. It’s not wonderful. The djs have no clue how to mix and it’s painful to listen to at times. Bouncers are obnoxious and the toilets are gross. Glass all over the floor, not worth it.

I was there twice and had a lot of fun both times. I was able to meet people and the music was very good for dancing. 10/10 club.

Location too big for too few people. Sunday to Thursday empty. Location too bright, not enough fog. Acoustics very bad. Too many women (over 50%) is too much for an LGBTQ club. The previous location (c/diputacion) was much better and no comparison to Arena Xperience.

First afternoon that I have gone to the “Pase Señora” party and both the staff and the security personnel have been very friendly. The local drags and the guest have all been wonderful and the atmosphere has been very good and fun. We will be back soon!

worst security guys ever! didn’t let my friends and I in just because we were chatting loud and laughing by the door. they said one of us was drunk and didn’t care much about us or the conversation and were rude when we tried to discuss it. all this on an empty tue night. TERIBLE DOMT GO EVER

I had a good time. The music was good, friendly staff and security and good drinks. Maybe i lucked out from all the negative reviews, idk.

The club is full on friday and saturday, especially the young guys who want to quickly drain and leave satisfied without drama. There is definitely someone to meet here, if you are without complexes. Update: The dark room in the Arena was dismantled, now all the young people go to the new club "Imperial", where there is a cool expensive renovation, good DJ music and the entire lower floor is equipped for cruising and cabins. There is also free entrada until 23.00.

ANTONIO!! A server!!! He knows how to work, he is an empathetic person and aware of what is happening at all times... In short! AUTHENTIC!
