I had an appointment with doctor Agusti Codera (General Medicine) for my stubborn cough after COVID-19. One of my friends recommend him and he was just amazing. Patient, kind, caring, he explained everything slowly and gave me time to ask all of my questions. He made me a beautiful map for how to use my medicine. Never seen something like that, very thoughtful and extremely useful. The center itself is in a good order and service was super fast. They speak English.

Be careful to Dra Olga. She cares zero about your conditions, she hardly listens and she rushes you all the time. She has prescribed me a cure for a problem that did not exist - this was confirmed by two other otorrinos. Her superficiality is dangerous.

Went to get a driving medical certificate. In and out in 30 minutes. They were extremely fast, efficient and even friendly. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews.

Absolutely disappointing experience with dr Trejo (doctor digestivo). If you need someone patient, respectful and just a kind, empathetic human being, this is not a doctor to go to. Dr Trejo, if you're not interested in hearing what issue someone comes with, but instead you decide to have your own general presumptions, maybe a private hospital is not a place for you to work in. Please don't waste people's time.

I went to renew my driver's license. From the reception to the tests I have been treated with great kindness and professionalism. In 20 minutes it was ready. Thank you so much. I will repeat.

I came for some tests (Monday first thing in the morning) we know that on Mondays...🫣😱. I have to say that I have found a fabulous staff, warm in welcome, and treatment in general. I would like to highlight Xavi, Eunice, Esther, Verdú (Karme, with a K for kilo) and the wonderful hands of Gloria, to whom I am infinitely grateful for her patience and gentleness with the patients. I will return, although I hope it is only for a greeting. Thank you.

The main floor is used collectively by several doctors to provide consultations. One of which is the ENT doctor, Dr. Ferrer, with whom my wife intends to visit. And I must say intends, since we have been waiting for an hour and a quarter despite arriving punctually at the time of the visit. All this in a waiting room more crowded than that of my primary doctor at the Social Security outpatient clinic. In an office where other people's time is simply worthless.

They canceled my appointment twice. They scheduled me for one day at 3:00 p.m., when these people open at 4:00 p.m. They wasted my time.

I have visited a specialist and the visit barely lasted 2 minutes, little dedication to listening to the patient's history and symptoms to suggest appropriate route and poor hygiene as well. Thank goodness I had a mutual insurance company, because if I were to pay for a private visit.... The mutual insurance company should audit the professionals on the medical team. A shame!

The receptionist was very helpful and making an appointment was very easy. However, the doctor consultation was ridiculous. I requested a simple X-Ray for a broken finger. I’ve sprained my fingers many times doing martial arts, and I knew this was more serious. The old doctor rushed me out, telling me it was just arthritis, and tried to prescribe me pain medication instead. I repeatedly asked for an X-Ray to make sure, but he pushed the pain medication. Weeks later, the finger is still swollen and clearly broken. It felt like he just wanted me to come back to pay more money instead of ordering the X-Ray.
