Customer service is terrible. The women at the counter on the first floor are rude, they have a disrespectful way of referring to patients. When you call on the phone, no one answers, they hang up the phone. And if you talk to the management the attention is the same or worse! It seems like it hurts them to work! Fatal!!!

The doctors in the pediatric ward are fantastic! Professional and friendly. On the other hand, One of the women at reception is extremely rude. I called to make an appointment for my sick baby, and I couldn’t find my catsalut card to give her the number. Hardly 1 minute had passed and She got very impatient and exclaimed “madre mía!” in a very rude way! Saying I wasn’t the only one trying to make an appointment. Not very professional at all. If she couldn’t wait, she should have kindly asked me to call back later.

I had covid, with a positive pcr test from the hospital and they didn’t want to give me the „Baja“, they let me wait for 2,5h and then sent me away with a new appointment for the same day in the evening. When I arrived, no doctor was there, even I had the printed appointment in my hands from CAP. They threat you bad and don’t help you. Be aware of it!

Useless. I was very sick, but because my empadronamiento was older than 3 months, they wouldn’t let me see a doctor. They then sent me to a closed government building to renew it. I ended up having to pay for a private doctor. It’s disappointing that this is what my taxes pay for.

In the emergency room they make you wait a long time

Absolutely hopeless. Rude, unhelpful and completely unaware of processes that have changed recently regarding Covid certification.

Bruh nooo, they are unhinged there. Pretty biased if you’re not from Spain also pretty rude in simple operational questions. If you don’t like your job, quit. When I’m in pain (any kind) I need your help not attitude, at least in the reception… the doctors with a few exceptions they are pretty uptight and know it all also. Other CAPs had been way more welcoming so I won’t say it’s a general thing.

Appalling! I've been trying to call the phone all morning and no one picks up the call. I need to get the results of my gynecological exam and I haven't had any information for days. They don't pass security. Everything takes a long time, any test takes time for them to call you to perform it and then they say that the public health system is good. Ha ha.

In no care center had I received such terrible treatment. Discrimination throughout the word.

Very bad hospital, dont even try putting effort in helping out(or speak english) The ladys on the first floor really are useless and helpless, if you dont like your job or working with people you should not work in a hospital!!!

1. They write to you on a piece of paper that you have the analysis at 8:00 2. You're there, they read a list 3 times and they don't call you. 3. At 8:30, you ask at reception and they tell you that it is well scheduled, but at 8:50 it is urgent. 4. They don't call you until 9:00 What are we supposed to do?

Worst CAP ever. No one speaks english and they do not care even if you have Covid nor will they speak English and they will jsut continue to speak to you in Spanish. Worst government agency branch ever. Save yourself the hassle nd find a nicer CAp branch near you.

It's very strong, I've been calling for more than 6 months, at times, when I can, to make an appointment. They don't pick up the phone.

They should fire the people who answer the phone at this place. Don't complain when they put an AI instead of you for being so useless
