This a must to see, a jewel of architecture, but i am taking out one star, it is way too expensive for the visit, 10 euros to visit a concert hall! i strongly advise to buy in advance tickets for a show, you have 15 euros ticket, this way you will really enjoy the magic of the place as it should be experienced.

Amazing piece of architecture! I highly recommend taking the guided visit, it's very interesting and you get to see more details and understand better the context. If you are going to book a ticket to a concert instead of going for a visit, make sure it's in the main concert hall and not in the secondary one (it's called petit Palau or similar)

Absolutely stunning, a must see if you're in Barcelona. We came during the day for an audio tour which was worth it and taught you about features of the building. We loved it so much we came back the next day for a symphony concert which was another incredible experience!

The view over Barcelona is great but the attraction park has got to go. It’s incredibly tacky.

Absolutely magnificent structure, with breath-taking interior and exterior Modernista (Catalan for the Art Nouveau architectural and design style) decor, the work of the outstanding Catalan architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner (yes, Antoni Gaudi wasn't the only famous Barcelona architect of his time). The Palace of Catalan Music wasn't just a concert hall. Due to the repressions and prosecutions levied on Catalan culture and language (first by the Castilian Crown and then by fascist Franko regime), the place served as an unofficial meeting grounds, under various cultural disguises, for the fearless Catalans struggling to preserve their roots and their heritage. All tickets can be purchased online, with a better chance to do it ahead of time. The location is inside the Old City, a few steps away from Plaça Nova, walking up Via Laietana. During intermission, the ushers will give you a plastic card which allows you to come back inside.

This music venue is gorgeous and worth the visit, even though there is no lack of beautiful architecture to consider in Barcelona. There isn't a lot to see, but the spectacular concert hall is worth the price of admission. I'd recommend a guided tour and not the self-guided audio tour. We couldn't get it to work properly. Even after connecting to the provided wi-fi, the audio was choppy and it sometimes wouldn't run until after we'd left a room. (But if you do the self-guided audio tour, note that you'll use your phone and must provide your own earbuds or earphones.) After you tour the facility, head downstairs and enjoy a drink or snack in the lovely restaurant and courtyard.

Amazing place. A must visit. I really recommend the guided tour to get the most out of your visit. It is one hour. But you get great facts and can sit in reserved areas. Great tour

The show we watched was great, but I guess this is more of a review of the concert hall itself. The seats are fairly comfortable, staff is respectful and knows what they're doing, and the architecture is stunning. I can't think of any venue more fitting for a traditional flamenco performance.

I have done the museum tour, seen 3 flamenco shows and attended the recent candlelight orchestra tribute to QUEEN at Palau de la Música Catalana. Every time was special and exciting in its own way. The venue itself for any type of concert/event provides unmatched ambience. The museum tour allows you to learn and feel its history. It’s truly a place not to miss.

One of the most stunning places I've seen, not just in Barcelona, but the world. This is a world UNESCO site for a reason and I only wish we had more time to see/hear an actual orchestra here. The organ was placing a few keys for rehearsal and the sound just reverberates and fills the space so nicely. It was overwhelmingly beautiful and not crowded at all.. not sure if people are unaware of this place or if we just came very early. I would not miss this if you're in Barcelona.

Came here for a guitar trio and flamingo dance extravaganza! The theater we were in was compact but the show was fabulous! One star off because the stage light was so bright it blinded me sitting in the first row. Had to pull the hoodie on to protect my eyes.

I recently visited Palau de la Música Catalana in Barcelona and did the guided tour- it was great! The visit was very informative and full of history. The building is beautiful and our guide was helpful and kind. Visited initially on a Sat but then purchased tickets for the next day as they were sold out, so plan ahead :)

It may be cheaper online to buy tickets but we just bought it at the door. Either way, it’ll cost you less than 20 euros to enter. It’s small but you can see a lot of details and a variation of colors. Not very crowded. This was the second place we went to after arriving in Barcelona. Plan to spend an hour or less depending on how fast you walk through it and take pictures

While visiting Barcelona on holiday, saw a concert then came back later for a tour. The architecture in this historic building is gorgeous and in pristine condition. I can attest that the acoustics are also very good. See it in the daylight to get the full effect of the stained glass windows and ceiling!

Must visit this place when you come to Barcelona. There is a small 3D model machine with basic illustration stands next to the entrance of the restaurant. Remember to bring your ticket/ e ticket copy to redeem the free audio guide by scanning the QR code on-site. The eye catching ceiling and 400+ ceramic roses capture our eyes and hearts. Another kind of masterpiece~

Very nice historic music venue. It must be really nice to watch a show here. We went on a guided tour of the place, which was well informative. It went by really quickly. If you are in town, it is well worth a visit.
