    Useless, incompetent and with disastrous customer service. The clerk at the counter knows nothing but yelling at employees and customers. We had an appointment to change the 4 wheels at 5:30 p.m. and now at 8:30 p.m. we are still sitting here. After 2 hours they delivered the car to us and we realized that they had only changed two of the 4 wheels.     Lleve el coche por un pinchazo en la rueda trasera izquierda, en 1 hora lo tenía reparado, a los tres días detecto que sigue pinchada... Lo vuelvo a dejar y me comentan que tenía pinchada la rueda derecha y es la que repararon, algo totalmente falso está rueda no estaba pinchada y además no es la que yo les informé. Pero aquí viene lo "mejor" me comentan que la izquierda tiene un clavo y que es irreparable que tengo que cambiar las dos ruedas. Adjunto la foto del clavo, realizada en taller Aurgi Santcugat. Obviamente reclamé mi dinero por el pinchazo y lo lleve a otro taller que en 20min lo tenian reparado. En resumen que intentaron estafar ami mujer.

    Un sitio totalmente nefasto. Te dan hora a las 8:30 y hasta las 9 no abren. Les dices que te llamen si encuentran algo en la revisión que pagas por adelantado, y no te llaman. Cuando recoges el coche, sino pides el informe de la revisión, no te lo dan. Le pides más información a la mujer del mostrador acerca de lo que han encontrado, y te dicen que no saben. Pueden hacerlo peor? No , mejor que cierren ya.

    Media hora de espera para dejar las llaves, tienes hora reservada pero t cogen cuando quieren, aparte de tener q ir 4 días para una carga de aire. Cuando llevas dos horas esperando tu coche T dicen que la máquina no tiene gas, así una tras otra... Si quieres perder tu tiempo y dinero es buen sitio para ir.
