Para colmo, cuando me llama mi doctor, la visita no ha durado ni 5 min, atendiéndome con desgana, cuando es una escoliosis que hace mas de 2 años que ni se me mira, y lo único que se lo ocurre es mandarme una prueba tonta y que haga ejercicio, sin dar importancia al problema real. Para rematar, resulta que la prueba tiene carencia, porque aun no hace 6 meses que estoy en el seguro, y el de recepción, no sabia ni programarla. Total, igual a una atención penosa, y si ya tenia recelo en ir a este centro, ya que no es la primera vez que me atienden mal, ya he confirmado que no volveré nunca!     I cannot believe the attitude in this clinic towards people who are seeking help for health. If you don't speak Spanish forget it they are rude careless with no regard for the fact that is is your health they are playing with. I have been 5 times in 5 weeks with nothing having been done. Saintes promote their service to expats yet there isn't one doctor or receptionist that has proficient English to communicate. An absolute disgrace its actually embarrassing.

This situation has happened to me with three doctors, most recently with a dermatologist. He spoke to me as if I were a dog, literally. I am not a native Spanish speaker but I speak it at a high level and it clearly bothered him that I was a foreigner. It is not in my culture to respond by speaking loudly, shouting, speaking badly, but I regret not having done so now because the treatment this person gave me was one of the worst treatment I have ever experienced. I came 10 minutes earlier and checked myself in and was extremely nervous about meeting the therapist since this was my first time meeting with Sanitas. I started crying in the waiting room because I felt extremely rejected and I was hurt thinking that my well-being is not important to Sanitas. The person sat in the waiting room before me so hey maybe Im reading the situation very wrong and she was next in line for the therapist but if I book an appointment at 18:00, I expect to be greeted and have a session at 18:00. After the person went in, I waited an extra 20 minutes hoping the therapist would realize I was their next appointment but the tears wouldnt stop and I just went home. I am extremely sensitive to rejection so I took this very hard and I wont recommend Sanitas for your mental health problems. Leaving me waiting and then attending someone else on my appointment tells me that you dont care.

    Have to agree with review below here, have tried to call them multiple times, however most receptionists don't speak any English, instead of forwarding you to English speaking person they will just hang up on you. Luckily I was able to get English speaker through the app and he was very nice in assisting me.
