ticket

teniendo
hora
a
las
14:40
con
Traumatologia,
me
tengo
que
esperar
en
la
sala
de
espera
de
recepción
y
ninguna
de
las
pantallas
funciona,
total
que
el
doctor
tiene
que
salir
a
viva
voz
a
llamar
a
los
pacientes.
Cuando
una
paciente
se
queja
en
recepción
de
dicho
problema,
se
dignan
a
encender
una
de
las
pantallas,
entre
eso
el
doctor
que
me
tenia
que
atender,
sale
y
se
discute
con
recepción,
porque
las
visitas
no
le
salen
en
su
ordenador
y
de
muy
malas
maneras,
le
dicen
que
refresque
el
ordenador
que
le
saldrá
ahora.
Para
colmo,
entro
35
min
mas
tarde
de
mi
hora...y
antes
de
entrar,
varios
compañeros
se
pelean
en
la
recepción
del
centro,
por
el
orden
de
esta
misma,
creando
un
mal
royo
que
ni
te
digo...,
a
parte
de
la
poca
profesionalidad,
cuando
había
clientes
esperando
a
que
acabasen
su
discusión
y
no
tenían
ni
idea
de
las
funciones
que
tenían
que
desempeñar.
Para
colmo,
cuando
me
llama
mi
doctor,
la
visita
no
ha
durado
ni
5
min,
atendiéndome
con
desgana,
cuando
es
una
escoliosis
que
hace
mas
de
2
años
que
ni
se
me
mira,
y
lo
único
que
se
lo
ocurre
es
mandarme
una
prueba
tonta
y
que
haga
ejercicio,
sin
dar
importancia
al
problema
real.
Para
rematar,
resulta
que
la
prueba
tiene
carencia,
porque
aun
no
hace
6
meses
que
estoy
en
el
seguro,
y
el
de
recepción,
no
sabia
ni
programarla.
Total,
igual
a
una
atención
penosa,
y
si
ya
tenia
recelo
en
ir
a
este
centro,
ya
que
no
es
la
primera
vez
que
me
atienden
mal,
ya
he
confirmado
que
no
volveré
nunca!
No
lo
recomiendo,
es
una
perdida
de
tiempo
ir...
