I came in with some much needed repairs in a time crunch and the team worked really hard to fix my bike, get me a bike box and get my bike ready in time for my flight in two days time. The team was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. I’ll be back next time I’m in Barcelona, thank you again!

I’m visiting from the U.S. and my boyfriend back home is a store manager at a Trek store, so I wanted to surprise him some special gifts that said with “Trek Barcelona”. The sales guys told me they didn’t have anything (yet - coming soon!), but they made sure I didn’t leave the store upset and empty handed. They went above and beyond to make sure I had some cool gifts that I could bring home and feel excited about. Trek stores are known for their exceptional hospitality and willingness to bend over backwards for their customers, and Trek Barcelona Centre did exactly that. They truly care about what they do and how they make customers feel.

Trek Barcelona is amazing! I am here visiting Barcelona from Tampa, Florida in the United States. What a beautiful bike store! I got connected to Marc and Eric through my cousin, Andrew Young, VP of international business for Trek. These guys set up an absolutely amazing ride today with Eric up the Tibidabo mountain which had breathtaking views. It was a fun 45 km, 2500 ft of climbing ride. These guys had everything set up for me and it was truly an awesome experience and a highlight of my trip. Very grateful for the Trek community and these guys are welcome to Florida anytime!

Perfect Service and Support. my girlfriend and I came to the Trek Store to look for same Brake Pad Spacers. We travelled from Germany to Barcelona by Bike and forgot the Spacers at home. We needed some for our upcoming Train Ride. The friendly worker from Trek gave us the Spacers for free. Awesome !

The shop helped us out with two boxes to ship back our bikes to Amsterdam. Great people and beautiful bikes.

Staff were super friendly and helpful - managed to secure us some bike boxes for our flight home! They remembered us from the previous visit and helped with some great advice too.

High-quality bicycles at affordable (though a bit over the average) prices. In overall, you won't be disappointed. I have bought two bicycles from them in the last year.

I did not know that there's a TREK store in Barcelona, turns out there is and it is amazing. The service made me feel super welcome, the choice of TREK and Bontrager products in stock are bar none. Even if you're not looking for Trek bike in particular, I'd say it's worth checking out this store and make your decision. Fantastic feeling that I can compare to visiting a premium car dealership.

Not a great experience as none of the employees helped, even when asked. They had virtually no selection for women. There only had one item (shorts/bib) but didn’t fit of course. Someone who was willing to spend whatever € just walked out…

Just saw the Shop from the street and wanted to have a look on the last things releases, the shop is beautiful. I’m also a huge user of the little bontrager lights, one of mines had the elastic that broke, I asked for a new one to buy, and they gave it to me for free, what a service 👍🏼 Thank you so much ! Absolutely the best service oriented bike company there is. It doesn’t matter if it’s Dubai, Amsterdam or Barcelona. The service is 10/10. Flew in from Amsterdam to Barcelona yesterday with my bike. Went directly to Trek. They made it ready and today I’m cycling to Mt Tibidabo. Happy

Arrived in Barcelona after cycling from UK on Trek 520. For a small fee the guys in the bike shop gave me a cardboard bike box, dismantled and packed the bike and kept until it was couriered back to the UK. Great, friendly service.
