Fine organisation to take care of your excurions. Went to the website but through their chatfunction I got in contact with Christina. That made it much easier to take care (last minute) of 2 excursions (which could not be found online). Christiana did take of the fact that we found an excurions on the catamaran (3 hours and looking fot dolphins, swimming in the atlantic, relaxing on deck) and jetski (1 hour on atlantic going fassstttttt, feeling free). Thank you!!!!!

We booked 2 trips through Club Canary and both were absolutely amazing. We saw beautiful dolphins and whales on our private catamaran ride and explored the west side of Tenerife as well. Although we have not been on the trip yet (we fly out in 2 weeks), booking couldn't be better. We plan to take our children on a boat trip as it's our daughters birthday whilst we are away. No question was too much trouble and she answered everything in great detail, often going to the great lengths of asking the boats captain details that she did not have the answers to there and then. Big up to Suzanna who has been an angel for our family. She advised us very well for the boat and jeep trips! She understood us with our three kids and got out of her way to book us with the right people and make sure our children could make the most of their excursions ! We saw tones of dolphins and whales on a small boat with just one other family so it was really cosy. The jeep tour circuit she chose was well suited for children and the driver was very nice. I hired the Seaduction private boat for 3 hours. Has to be one of the best things I've done in my life. Club Canary were really good with communication, Dora answerd my questions via WhatsApp very quickly, and she recommended some other trips worth trying.

We had a lovely evening under the stars. Filipe collected us from our hotel and was quite entertaining on the drive up to our private viewing spot, away from the hordes. After watching the beautiful sunset and enjoying a cosy picnic, Ben shared his amazing knowledge about the stars, the universe and our place in it. We could clearly see Saturn and Neptune through the telescope. Those of us with Analog phones greatly appreciated the night photography tips too. Highly recommended!.

Surprised my husband with a paragliding experience for us both over Costa Adele and booked it with Sarah who was very helpful. The paragliding was AMAZING! The staff were all lovely and patient with my questions and concerns before the ‘flight’ I didn’t need to be so worried as it was just great! Will definitely be back to do it again soon.

The excursion went without any problems. We went on a kayaking trip in a bad weather so we only saw one dolphin but it wasn't the guides fault. I found Sarah from the Canary club especially helpful and sympathetic, helping us with and recommending things to do.

We booked Opera 60 private boat hire for a group of family and friends! I was personally dealt with by Cristina at Club Canary who was very professional, efficient with a lovely friendly manner and arranged the booking with such ease and immediate follow up confirmation. Opera 60 is amazing !!!! A great way to spend the afternoon on a luxury speedboat, seeing whales and dolphins in the sea and then stopping for a swim in a beautiful bay and then enjoying some lovely food on the boat! One of the most beautiful excursions you can do in Tenerife is the private boat trip to see marine life (whales and more). We have been relying on Club Canary for a couple of years and have always enjoyed it. This year we chose the Armani boat which is a little smaller than the others. Ideal for a group of 4 people. The boat is very beautiful. Equipped with all comforts including the toilet. We were greeted friendly by the captain who offered us a glass of wine. We had a well-stocked fridge available for the whole trip. Our excursion was particularly fortunate. We saw several families of whales from very close as well. A show! Then stop in El Puertito to swim and…Paella. All perfect. To repeat

Cristina, Regina and Maria were all extremely helpful. I booked multiple excursions through their site, and they were quick to respond, providing information along the entire process. They will also help with customizing or creating new excursions if something is not seen on their website. We contacted Club Canary to book a boat charter and a stargazing tour. Both were excellent. I was really impressed with the customer service at Club Canary, especially with Maria, who helped with many last minute details and weather related changes. My boyfriend and I went on Stargazing Photo Adventure with club canary. Before the actual tour, our guide let us know the most optimal nights to see the stars shining it's brightest. He provided us with parkas (which were very much appreciated given how cold it was at 4am!), and pointed out the Milky Way galaxy as well as some popular constellations with his green laser. He took epic photos of the night sky, a few individual photos of each person as well as a few couple shots, with the stars shining brightly behind us. Love that we have these photos to cherish forever!

Book a trip on the Atlantic star whale and dolphin watching. We was met at our gate for departure and had our photos took them boarded on the boat we was offered drinks and told anything we wanted just ask. Bowls of fresh fruit were brought to us. Out at sea all our surroundings were explained to us by ziggy who was a fantastic host. Made more special by also seeing a turtle. Sandwiches and beer and soft drinks available throughout the whole trip. We snorkelled with the fish. On our return we were met with our photos what was a very reasonable price. Thank you club canary for sorting a fantastic day.

I visited Clubcanary in Costa Adeje, to book two excursions: Buggy trip to Tiede with Buggydoo and a dolphin/whale boat trip with Monte Cristo. Both were incredible 5 star experiences! Dora made the booking process very easy for us and at a great price for booking two excursions, I'm glad I booked through clubcanary and would definitely visit them again! :)

This is a reliable and really excellent tour company to use. Maria in particular is fantastic. She is immediately responsive (uses WhatsApp) day and night, friendly, customer focused and goes ‘above and beyond’ to help. She got me onto a banana plantation tour which was sold out online. Have been a frequent visitor to the Canary island and I have faced a lot of problems booking trips or planning out activities. These guys really did make everything easier and gave me the chance to actually lay back instead of micromanaging things for my family. We booked four to five different activities and trips with the website and got great prices for all of them. The guided wine tour was my favorite out of all of them. I would definitely suggest their services.

I was looking for an opportunity for paragliding, but as I was looking for an appointment for the next day, with 6pm already on the clock, I couldn't find any offers available on any website other than this one. Before I booked, I texted via WhatsApp to make sure there was availability. I was replied that there were indeed no spots available, however 30 minutes later I was found a spot for two people for paragliding! A huge thanks to Sara for all her work! Great service!

We experienced 2 splendid activities, first my family booked a trip to Mount Teide and then we hired a boat for 3 hours through Club Canary. Especially the boating was great fun thanks to the awesome staff and the fact that we were able to watch a lot of whales. In addition, the tour agency Club Canary clearly communicated with us and planned the tours beautifully based on the weather conditions. This company provides excellent customer service and has a wide range of things to do in Tenerife, definitely recommended.

Roy at club canary went above and beyond to cater to my request. He altered the itinerary for the hike I booked with him and also helped edit a bespoke road trip for me and my friends to go to Santa Cruz whilst also suggesting a banana plantation to visit through his website (which is fell constructed in lots of helpful detail). He is keeping in touch with me regarding weather conditions for water sports. Our group of four booked a private sailboat tour through Roy and it was by far the BEST day of our vacation! We had the boat to ourselves and got to see a huge family of whales, we snorkeled in beautiful areas, and enjoyed a Paella on board. Our captains were super nice and attentive, and made sure we were enjoying ourselves at all times. We felt the experience was superb and the price was very reasonable for everything provided. We can’t wait to come back!

We found the office on the bottom floor of the mall completely by accident on a Sunday evening. Club Canary’s advisor, Roy organised every programme for us very quickly, booked all the tickets and even rented a car for us. In less than an hour, we had our entire holiday planned for us, all in one place! Roy was also super friendly. Amazing service!

We rented a sailing boat for around 4 hours. We were able to see some pilot whales, to do snorkeling, to swim and to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Esther and Roy were an amazing organisers. Esther was super fun and always willing to take great care of us on the boat, offering constantly drinks and food.
