Today
we
went
to
buy
food
for
our
cat.
We
took
a
big
bag
of
dry
food,
a
few
packages
of
wet
food,
shampoo
and
a
plate
for
slow
eating.
The
package
of
food
costed
around
65
euros,
when
we
arrived
to
the
cashier
we
were
very
surprised
to
see
160
euros
in
total
to
pay,
we
asked
cashier
why
the
price
is
so
big
and
there
must
be
a
mistake,
she
didn't
care
and
waited
until
we
pay.
We
asked
to
check
again
the
price
of
food
and
she
cancelled
payment,
checked
the
price
and
magic
happened!
we
needed
to
pay
85
euros
instead,
she
didn't
apologise,
didn't
say
anything,
it
seemed
to
us
she
wanted
to
steal.
Very
bad
impression.
The
cashier
was
a
girl
and
we
were
among
last
customers
of
the
day
in
case
management
cares
to
know!!
Things
which
we
liked:
The
tall
guy
seller
seemed
very
nice
and
helpful.
Store
has
a
big
choice
of
food,
toys
and
other
products.
Dear
management,
please
don't
answer
to
this
review
just
with
Oh
we
are
so
sorry,
but
actually
do
something,
teach
your
cashiers
to
communicate.
We
were
speaking
Spanish
so
it's
not
about
language
barrier
but
about
education
of
your
cashier.
