    Note that as of June 5, 2023 the street address for this location is correct, but the pin is in the wrong place. Thus if you “get directions” to this Starbucks, you will end up at the former (now shuttered) location. Type in the new street address (1247 Trinity) to go to the new, very lovely Starbucks. After finding the new location, we had a great experience on a Sunday morning. Drinks came out quickly despite a good number of customers inside and going through the drive through. There’s a big outdoor covered patio with comfortable seating (big chairs with side tables as well as regular tables and chairs) complete with ceiling fans for when it heats up. It’s an oasis off the main drag and I’d be happy to return again.

    Incredibly rude employee named Candy. Went through the drive through for drinks and there was a misunderstanding between (presumably) the person who took my order, the person who made the order, and myself. I nicely asked for my drink to be remade and clarified before the second drink was also made incorrectly (no ones fault). Then I hear a woman, named Candy, loudly b*tching about me over and over again until the male employee closed the window when he realized I could hear them. The other employees seemed friendly enough but it was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. Smh.

    The new building is nice, and the staff is nice, but the warmth and uniqueness of the old starbucks downtown is gone. The new building is modern and generic to roadside and airport starbucks all over the country, so out of town travelers may feel more at home. The new location is much more car-centric, and sacrificed its walk-ability, unique wall art, and pleasant downtown patio for a busy location off what is essentially the highway, with a patio view of a storage center. However, most online reviewers don't seem to care about any of that as long as there is a drive-through and wifi. This location has both of those, so the online "local guides" will be happy. I'm hoping a new coffee shop will open in their old vacant space so there will again be a nice place downtown to sit, drink coffee, and talk with friends passing by.

    Walked in and saw a group of teens ordering drinks. Went to place my order and was told that they were closed. Apparently, they close at 6:23pm on Fridays. The group of teens got their drinks at 6:22pm but not me or the line of people behind me. According to the website, they close at 7pm.

    Every time I go they’re either closed or it’s the drive through that is. Wasn’t that the whole concept of building a new Starbucks here? And it’s never even open. Apparently the store closes at like 6/7 when online it says 9pm. No one here knows how to run a business properly I swear.

    Probably one of the worst Starbucks in the country. The drinks are very inconsistent there always out of stuff and the drive through is hardly ever open. Don't waste your time and money.

    Worst Starbucks. Randomly closed or out of ingredients. Some rude staff while others are great. Sum all that up, they have really bad management.

    Arrived and walked in at 3:01 pm today. Was met immediately by the manager yelling that the store was closing at 3:00 and herding us out like cattle. Told we could go through the drive through. I completely understand all businesses being short staffed now and am really patient but the manager’s rude behavior was unnecessary and unprofessional. Ultimately went through drive through only to pay $20 for hastily prepared and poorly made drinks. Last week I went in and tried to use an electronic gift card my daughter sent me and it didn’t work and all they said was sorry can’t help you. I won’t be going back. Can’t wait until the new coffee shop opens up in the Starbucks old location.

    Nice new location. The staff means well but is not capable of making a (very expensive) cappuccino. It's happened over and over; I request extra dry and get a cup full of steamed milk. If you want basic coffee its probably good, but avoid this location if you want espresso drinks. Time to cut myself off, I'm sick of Starbucks warm milk.

    I don't understand how every time I check the hours that they are supposed to be open, they are closed. Not to mention I went to the door, it was locked, and some teenagers walked up and were let in. The drinks are inconsistent, and i can never tell when we can actually order using the drive thru cause i've seen people in there and waited almost 10 minutes before they finally spoke to me.

    I ordered a Nitro cold brew here. Drank it and found a fairly large bolt in the bottom of the drink. Luckily I noticed it, when I alerted the staff they seemed very nonchalant.

    They have great hours and our lattes (oat, almond, coconut and whole milk) were all delicious! Nice, friendly employees and a lovely, clean seating area…indoors and out!

    Very friendly and efficient staff in the mornings. Been here extremely frequently with very minor problems, as any business might when opening a new building. Cold brew does seem to run out quite often, but staff quickly mark the outage in the App. Smith's location cannot give refunds and don't always update, so be careful!

    There is no Starbucks at this location. If you work here, start a union so it stays open and the people that know how to run it take care of it instead of someone in Seattle.

    Terrible service thanks to staff of local high schoolers. Went two days in row, they screwed up my orders each time. Best to go there when the staff does not look like they just huffed some glue during their break.

    Nice and modern. Super clean, decent customer service, good drinks. I will admit, I sure do miss the old location. But, I don’t mind it here. It’s certainly pretty to look at but kind of a weird spot. Anyway, it not bad. I’ll still be coming back. Just takes time to adjust is all.

    These guys get my order wrong at least half the time. One time they got 3 out of the 5 things I ordered wrong and I was one of two customers there. My hot chocolate even says hot chocolate on the label but is a soy latte, no chocolate in it whatsoever. Don't drive anyway before checking that everything is right!

    My sister had gone to this location today and gotten some drinks. The one she ordered for herself was made incorrectly, which is fine, mistakes happen. She was given a new drink that was made correctly. However, what was inexcusable was the cashiers attitude. Everyone else that was working was great, with the exception of the cashier at the time. She had been extremely rude, and hadn't even given her a receipt. You shouldn't be working in customer service if you have an attitude like that. This is coming from someone working in a pharmacy during covid.

    Hit or miss — being the only corporate coffee shop in town, they often bear the brunt of being open on days when everything else is closed. They are often overwhelmed and understaffed, though they certainly try their best and 9/10 my drink is made well

    I’ve never had any problems coming to this Starbucks location until today. I ordered an iced coffee my order was made wrong and one of the employees had a very big attitude when I asked if he could make it over. To me I didn’t see the big deal making my coffee over usually at any other Starbucks they will do it without an attitude and very happily, although this particular employee was not very friendly one bit. So I had to throw my $5.00 iced coffee away and buy a new one to have it made correctly. Thanks Starbucks!.

    Just your average everyday Starbucks. My peppermint mocha wasn’t amazing. It had way to much peppermint in it but other than that the place was clean, staff was nice, tables available outside and inside, good merch selection and food selection. Normal Starbucks pricing.

    Ordered a caramel macchiato- terrible. No flavor, barely any caramel. I ordered a fall drink last year and same think with lack of flavor. What’s going on people. 2/10 instead of 1/10 because the employees were nice

    Always very friendly service, yummy drinks. They get really busy in the morning, so plan accordingly and have patience with the staff who you can see are working their butts off!
