Since this location is in the mall, it tends to get very busy! Definitely mobile order if you can, although sometimes this may take even longer than ordering in person. The staff are sweet and understanding, even though your drink might take 10-20 minutes to get ready

Although this location is in a mall, it’s my favorite because they always have secret menu drinks on the menu, like this sunset refresher which is honestly a must get. It gets pretty busy so I recommend order online to get it quickly. Staff is always nice and I recommend it.

My workers needed coffee so off I went to the local Cerritos Starbucks. It was pouring rain but I ran in and only 1 person in line ahead of me. A 2nd Employee behind the counter saw me and told me "We'll be right with you!". Always nice to be acknowledged. 10 seconds later I was asked my order and 3 minutes later 2 of my coffees were up and then the Matcha tea was ready too. The store smelt good too. I notice smell a lot & in busy places if you don't toss the trash, it starts to smell bad in the PM. Looks like this Starbucks was in good order!!

Starbucks has become a habitual retreat for me on a daily basis. I have to admit I'm addicted to caffeine to tell You the truth? Well at least that's better than other things to be addict to. So if You want the best coffee at Starbucks You'll get the best for sure! ENJOY...🤔🤭🤫🤣🤟✌️💋❤️❣️

Employees were very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a Cookie Crumble and chocolate chip cookie. About 15 minutes passed until I noticed that they finished making my drink a long time ago. They never called my name and the whole time my drink was just sitting somewhere. I grabbed my drink, but noticed that my cookie wasn't there, I asked them about it but they looked at me confused and walked away. I then went to ask a different employee and they said they'll go get it. About 5 minutes passed, still no cookie. I saw the same employee again and asked them where my cookie was, they looked at me and ignored me so I asked the same question louder. Another employee came up to me and told me what the problem was and I told them I need my cookie. The employee nodded their head and walked away. I'm still standing here waiting for like another 5 minutes until finally they came back to give me my cookie. I've ordered this same thing at different Starbucks and I never had this problem. I don't know what's up with this Starbucks, but those employees were very unprofessional SMH....

I love Starbucks and you will too... It's a great place to get a quick bite or eat in the store... The best location by far.

First time coming to this star bucks! Same amazing customer service I tend to get. They had little samples to try new drinks so that was neat! The girl was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and very courteous! I will definitely come here for my caffeine needs when I am in the area! :-)
