    I haven’t been able to work out here since they changed to 3rd Coast Movement. But just from prior experience with Chris and the coaches they retain. I would not hesitate to visit them. Knowing I am going to leave having done more than I thought I could. They are an amazing family once you get to know them all. They will make you feel like you belong from the start. The time I spent with them was well worth it. I couldn’t have asked for better people or coaching. Thanks Chris and Carrie.

    I was having trouble getting started working out again after delivering my daughter. My husband and I decided to try out 3rd Coast Movement and we both love it! You don’t have to come up with your own workout, you just have to show up and follow the trainer’s lead! The trainers are all so nice and welcoming! I really enjoy working out there because they get to know you and your goals and help you reach them along the way

    The coaches at 3rd Coast Movement are phenomenal. They have worked with me to help create a plan to help me reach my health and fitness goals. A few months back, I had to have back surgery and I honestly wasn’t sure if I would be able to continue working out at the gym. However, my coach sat down with me, listened to me, and made the necessary modifications to my workouts that has made my routine at 3rd Coast Movement an integral part of my rehabilitation. I feel stronger and stronger each day! I couldn’t ask for more!

    I love that I have found a place that is so willing to help me overcome my obstacles and motivate me not to give up. Coach Adam is so patient with me and makes sure we do different exercises every day. Love Jordan, and the nicest couple , Carrie and Chris, the owners. They really care that you succeed and reach your goals.

    Very Friendly staff!!!! They are so helpful in many ways making sure you do every movement correct and not to hurt yourself. They always have a smile on there face and there to answer any questions you have at anytime. They enjoy what they do and care about everyone they train and workout with as well as outside of the workout world to. I would recommend 3rd Coast Movement Fitness Center and Gym to anyone and everyone.

    I'm glad I joined this gym and met Adam Pope my coach and all the coaches has helped me along the way and showed me all kinds of new moves, stretches and modifications if needed. They're very welcoming. It is a little intimidating starting a new gym with new moves and new faces. But everyone is there doing the same thing you wanting to do, by looking and feeling better. 🏋️‍♀️ 💪 🏋️‍♂️ If you're looking for a new gym this is your place.

    Outstanding coaches! Top notch gym for sure! I have multiple health issues that would normally cause me to not have a workout, but the coaches find ways for me to train and not injure my weak areas….in fact they train me with physical therapy to strengthen my deficits! I highly recommend!

    I was transferred to Port Arthur for work and live in Bridge City. When I was looking for a CrossFit gym, I found 3rd Coast Movement, a gym that mixes CrossFit/Olympic movements with functional training. This is a gym for anyone, no matter who you are! Not only are the people who go to the gym so friendly, but the coaches are engaging, knowledgeable, and personable. No matter your restrictions or skill level, they will customize a plan just for you, even while in a class. They make sure everyone is comfortable with the movements and are with you every step of the way. I started with Coach Adam for my launch program, a series of 12 one-on-one sessions to introduce you to the movements and complete workouts, before going to classes. He taught me so much about confidence and showed patience while I was working on new types of lifts. This method works wonders! It allows the coaches to get to know you, your skill level, and your restrictions prior to the classes so they can assist when needed. The classes are the perfect size and everyone is so encouraging! I can’t say enough about this place, other than you have to go and try it for yourself; it is worth every penny!

    Only in our second week, but so far, it's been wonderful. Adam is a fantastic coach. Everyone there is extremely nice, helpful and positive. If you're even thinking about getting into a healthy routine, go by and visit with them.
