Lobby hasn’t been open but for about a months time over a 1 year period. But the bottom line the donuts suck worse than other Dunkin’s and that’s pretty bad. I’ve gone here twice and both times there the donuts were old and dry and there was a small smear of frosting on the donut. I guess they’ll help me not eat so much sugar since they suck.

Front door was locked during business hours , even though according to their own sign the lobby should’ve been open. Knocked on the door politely and waved at several employees with no response. I even tried calling the store to see if they could open it up with no luck. Horrible customer service.

Firstly, there's a Durango Joe's very close, go there. I went through the drive-thru on a hot day trying to order iced coffee. Due to dietary restrictions I ordered coffee for myself and my partner with alternative milk. I was charged $3.50 for 2 splashes of almond milk, a full $0.11 higher than the price of a large iced coffee. There was no one in the drive-thru or in the store and it took over 10 minutes to receive the coffee.

I give 3 stars for the service. Service was good, but the donuts are like bricks. Went inside, and there wasn't anything about donuts on the menu, just all about the drinks. This is Dunkin "Donuts" right?!? Sad about the donuts not being edible. $15 for bricks. Hubby said the bathroom door was falling off the hinges. Won't ever go back. Should've read the reviews first!

Went in at 4pm, they had 2 donuts left. Noone was up front, we waited two minutes to be greeted by a blonde haired girl that looked at us as though we were interrupting her. I asked what else is available. She said our oven is broke. I asked so nothing? She replied "uhhhh, yeah,,,,, i gues". Nothing was clean, so I'm not sure what the employees were doing since they weren't making food.

The lobby was closed due to staffing so I had to go through the drive thru. That's fine, but I couldn't see the donuts. I wanted a spider one for my five year old who had a stellar teacher conference. I did not get the cute orange donut with a donut hole spider but some chocolate decadent thing... And I got three of them. My bad for not opening the box right then I guess. This place leaves a lot to be desired.

I just stopped here this morning and got the loaded hash browns, I received a cup with hash browns at the bottom and then this half cooked bacon strips, not even cut up, whole strips with a little bit of cheese. The cold brew with sweet cold foam is mid, the foam dissipated within a few minutes. What a joke dude

Cashier also takes orders and makes it a little bit slower especially when there’s a bunch of customers in line, but the coffee is amazing. Asked for light ice though and I didn’t get it, I thing the employees should be trained a little bit more. Never had their food sadly.

This was my second visit. Went to the lobby ordered two drinks 2 donuts and 2 sandwiches. Donuts and drinks delivered, condiment station was unfilled and trash was full. After 15 minutes we asked about our sandwiches they clearly forgot them while they were laughing about dog videos, finally after another 10 minutes delivered. The first visit I asked for a toasted coconut donut and was very rudely told there would never be coconut donuts at this store due to food allergies. I turned around and left. Food was good but service sucks.

Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Donuts were on point and so was the coffee. Would definitely come back for the service
