Hotaru delivers top-tier Japanese flavors. The Nigiri and the Red Dragon Maki? Absolutely stellar—fresh, precise, and melt-in-your-mouth perfect. Great vibes, sharp service. A must-visit.

AMAZING experience! Our chef was Arturo and he was wonderful. We sat at the bar, and it was amazing to watch the sushi being prepared so fresh right in front of you. Our favorites were tiger roll and spider roll!! And the rib gyozo was sooo good. You will leave VERY happy!!!

Went to celebrate my birthday and had the loveliest time. Our chef Irvin Hernandez was so knowledgeable and provided excellent service. The food was also great. We wished we had bigger stomachs to be able to try everything. What a memorable dinner ✨ will definitely be back here

I highly recommend Hotaru chef Irving Hernandez is an amazing culinary chef. He treated us with the utmost respect and made our night marvelous. His culinary skills kept us salivating for more. Chef Irving and Chef Victor crated some of the most flavors sushi dishes. Satisfying our individual taste. From the start of our service to the end exceptional.

Alejandro Reyes was my server and he was just super friendly and informative:) The food was delish! Coming from NYC and my Japanese taste expectations are high, this place was actually good! The Miso soup was a bit on the cold side and my edamame was really not the best I’ve had! The Other dishes were delish! Also the Chardonnay! Great service! Would Give it 5 stars but the soup was not hot lol And the Edamame was better from Trader Joe’s Frozen section :) but on my next visit to Mexico I would Come back :)

Okay, I have mixed feelings on this place. We sat at bar and the service was from "Ivan" was excellent. Also the hostess and manager were excellent. The atmosphere was also very nice. My issue was with the food. The fish was very fresh, this was great. The problem I had was all the added ingredients like different oils, sauces, mayonnaise etc. This is not traditional Japanese Sushi. Also the crab roll was not real crab, does not make sense. If you want a fusion Japanese place with good rolls and very fresh fish, then you will like it. If you are looking for a traditional Japanese Omakase restaurant, this is not that place.
