    There a great store sign on the outside up on the wall but you can't find the entrance, people who serve there have an attitude problem, they make you feel like they own the place but they are just simple employees

    Since a long time ago, Sears offering a wide assortment for our home, personal care, entertainment, automotive... a lot of pretty stuff and giving high quality service.... one of the best shopping place here in Durango.

🫤 This place has the worst customer service and prices. You can find everything cheaper at Coppel, Walmart, even Sears. The "fancy" stuff (Tommy Hilfiger, IZOD, etc😆) is well above retail. They keep the place clean and air-conditioned and have working escalators at least.

🫤 I had a bad experience with this place, there were 30 minutes until they closed this place and an employee on the second floor told me that the boxes were already closed and that the place was closed in 5 minutes, she said that it was already 8:55 PM and only It was 8:33 and I couldn't buy anything...
