don’t
like
writing
poor
review
but
I
have
no
choice
to
prevent
same
victims
like
us.
We
made
a
reservation
here
for
3days
on
17th,
19~20th
Feb
because
we
had
a
plan
to
go
to
Acatenango
on
18th.
First
day
was
okay
and
we
put
our
luggages
in
the
room
because
the
staff
said
she
would
move
that
luggages
later.
The
problem
was
happened
on
2nd
day.
We
came
from
Acatenango
tour
near
12pm
on
19th.
At
that
time,
the
staff
said
she
needed
to
clean
up
the
room
so
we
decided
to
wait
at
the
garden.
At
that
time,
I
and
my
wife
saw
that
our
luggages
put
at
the
same
room.
That’s
why
we
thought
there
was
no
reservation
on
18th.
Anyway,
we
checked
in
again
after
she
had
finished
her
work.
After
then,
we
left
our
room
two
times.
Once,
we
went
out
to
have
lunch
and
did
laundry
and
went
out
again
to
get
some
groceries
near
6pm.
And
it
might
be
near
10:30pm.
When
I
tried
to
go
to
sleep
I
found
out
a
number
of
ants
on
the
storage.
They
tried
to
get
my
yogurt
so
we
were
surprised
and
told
to
the
staff.
She
cleaned
up
the
ants
by
towel
and
might
say
we
shouldn’t
put
sweet
things
in
the
room
because
of
the
ants.
We
thought
it
was
quite
strange
because
anyone
can
eat
something
sweet
at
the
hostel
room.
Anyway,
we
threw
away
the
yogurt
and
checked
whether
more
ants
were
ther
or
not.
Unfortunately,
we
found
out
a
number
of
ants
again
from
the
storage
to
the
corner
of
the
room.
It
was
just
unbelievable.
Besides,
we
finally
could
discover
the
body
of
a
cockroach
at
the
end
of
the
line
of
the
ants.
My
wife
screamed
out
and
lost
her
words.
We
called
her
in
again
and
just
showed
what
happend
in
this
room.
And
it
was
much
surprised
what
she
said
the
cockroach
must
had
come
with
us
from
Acatenango
because
there
was
nothing
when
she
had
cleaned
up.
Yes,
that
could
be
happened
but
that
is
also
uncertain.
Who
knows?
No
matter
when
there
was
a
cockroach,
she
was
just
busy
to
blame
us
without
any
apology
about
this
situation
even
the
ants.
My
wife
called
to
her
friend
who
lives
in
Mexico
more
than
10years
to
resolve
this
situation.(We
are
not
so
good
at
Spanish)
But
nothing
had
been
changed.
The
staff
repeated
same
things
so
we
decided
to
check
out
right
away.
When
we
packed
our
luggage
up
she
said
we
had
to
pay
as
we
had
been
staying.
That
was
too
bad.
She
didn’t
apologize
anything
but
even
she
required
the
cost.(Of
course,
we
didn’t
pay)
As
a
result,
we
checked
out
at
23:30pm
and
searched
for
another
accomodation
for
an
hour.
Again,
We
could
understand
that
the
cockroach
or
ants
could
appear.
We
were
not
so
angry
if
she
would
had
apologized
first.
We
don’t
know
when
the
cockroach
was
dead
there.
That
could
be
when
ths
staff
was
cleaning
the
room
or
come
in
when
the
door
opened.
Or
we
might
bring
that
cockroach.
No
one
knows.
Anyway,
the
fact
is
that
cockroach
and
ants
were
there.
The
staff
and
her
boss
were
encharge
of
the
Hostal
Colonial
and
hostel
is
the
accomodation
service
for
the
customer.
But
they
didn’t
do
their
best
and
poor
attitude.
This
was
not
the
usual
accomodation
service.
We
were
so
disappointed
about
the
situation.
It
was
so
unhappy
and
terrible
service
ever.
And
the
most
important
thing
is
those
kind
of
people
could
make
the
worst
image
of
Antigua
and
Guatemala.
I
am
not
writing
just
because
of
temporary
emotion
or
personal
bad
emotion.
They
need
to..
no...
have
to
realize
what
they
have
done.
They
have
to
learn
about
what
the
accomodation
service
is
first
before
they
focus
on
money.
Last,
I
have
no
idea
what
they
could
excuse
for
this
problem.
They
may
have
their
own
reason
but
I
am
sure
that
could
be
shown
as
good
hostel
but
not
the
best.

really
sorry
for
the
other
guests
to
make
noisy
at
that
time...
