Terrible place. Sat on a table with laptop, phone, chargers, sim cards and with coffee on table. Applied pressure on one side and the whole table tilted onto me, with coffee going over my equipment and all over my jeans. A couple minutes later, a staff member had to tighten up the table from the underside, as it was so unstable. Not an apology at all. The person actually came and smiled and offered me a new coffee. I mean, you've literally potentially damaged all my equipment and coffee all down my jeans, as a result of total incompetence, and all I got was a smile and a new coffee offer. Shocking service and terrible wifi as well.

The staff made mistake, over charged 8pesos, after found out that I was waiting on the line again to tell her, I was holding my kid, and the staff just let me wait and she started to make other customer’s sandwiches,then later she tell other staff to ask me what do I want, and the other staff started to make sandwiches too… worst Starbucks ever

Terrible service I waited 20 mins at the counter and still wasn’t served. However a great place to use the free wifi , have meetings and spend no money. Just make sure you pre purchase your drink & food from a better cafe before using the facilities

In the heart of Mexico City’s most glamour zone, Polanco. This is one of the spots in the city where you can get a great coffee. A little bit busy I would say due to the zone. Quite cozy and nice, bartenders are excellent hosts here and the music is smooth

I am not a Starbucks fan. Don't like their coffee nor, usually, the patrons, but I have to admit that it is popular and that their pastries are ok.

My least favorite Starbucks... people are just odd in this location and all the drinks taste differently and not in a good way. To make matters worse they over charge for milk substitutes and whip cream.

The service is really bad. I went there today to order an espresso for my mom and a mocha for me but what I got what horrible. The coffee was extremely bitter and cold. The mocha was hot and not presentable. The staff are not helpful and rude. I went to other Starbucks joints for example, the one in the Toreo plaza and they have a far better service and really understand how to make coffee and mocha. I hope this Starbucks joint changes their staff and method of service.

I use to come here and sit by the window just to observe the movement at Masaryk. Sometimes they also have nice music.

Excellent coffee and location. In an excellent part of town across from a park. Beautiful area.
