(Translated by Google) Excellent place for a day, from where the car is left to the waterfalls 30 to 45 min depending on the rhythm, the entrance fee is $50 pesos per person, cost per bath is $5 pesos, food; taco 20 pesos usually sausage, steak, chicharrón, tortilla by hand, there are several stalls, soft drinks and alcohol for sale from $20 to $45 pesos. There are people who care for swimmers and also rent vests for $50. Forget, there are horses or donkeys to avoid the walk, cost $100 one way, $100 return. You can camp and you can light a campfire. This is an amazing place to visit. If you are in Puebla, this place is worth spending the day. If you like nature's best, this place is a must. You arrive at the small Pueblo named San Augustine and park next to the river. Ask the locals how to get there, they may ask you if you need a guide. This is your personal decision. I went ahead and asked for a guide. They knew the easier hiking route to go to the beautiful waterfalls. You will walk/hike for about 40 minutes, with amazing views and next to the river. Once you arrive, you do as you please. There are two water falls, one big and another medium one. Before arriving to the main waterfalls you seen the river transform into a clear blue beautiful water. I recommend taking water, snacks and even a beer to enjoy this spectacular location. The water is mountain water, so it is cold. The picture will speak for themselves. Hope this helps. Stay Classy!

(Translated by Google) Crystalline water waterfall, the community charges $50 for parking and they do not charge in general. There is very little garbage thrown away. Along the river you can see wonderful spaces. After parking you have to take a tour of at least 40 minutes along the river bank, consider it if an older adult attends. A worthwhile experience.

Very nice experience. Some words of wisdom: 1) You’ll use a Ferry to cross your car through the river ($20mxn); just follow the sign (Panga) right before you find an out-of-service toll booth. 2) Following the signs, you will go through a 20min unpaved road right before reaching the town. 3) At the end of the town, you’ll find the entrance to the waterfalls, they’ll assign a parking space and charge $50mxn for each person. 4) It’s like a 40min walk, just take a hat and sunscreen, and you’ll be fine. You’ll find bathrooms and food stalls on the way. 5) Locals say the best season is from Nov-May, raining season makes the road difficult and water grey.

Beautiful waterfalls! It costs 50 pesos per person and per dog. Even though the signs say no pets, they do accept dogs and they can roam free. The hike from the parking area to the waterfalls is about 1 hour 20 minutes. It's really pretty and clean in most places. Bring your bathing suit and a towel.

(Translated by Google) You have to go right now, because the turquoise green is there, because when the rainy season arrives, you will have to wait a year. The people there say that the best time is from March to May. And they are right.

(Translated by Google) A place you HAVE to visit!!!! The adventure begins from planning! Make sure you wear comfortable shoes, with soles that are rough enough to prevent slipping and that are obviously comfortable for a good walk. Access to the town of San Agustín Ahuehuetla is a bit complicated, to get there you have to take one of two options, the first which was the one I took is to access the auxiliary board of San Andrés Azumiatla. The second is by the Valsequillo dam where he tells me that you have to take a panga to get to the road that leads to the town. The descent to San Agustín is not paved, it is dirt, which is not in bad condition, but be careful in times of rain since the clay is very slippery. Upon arrival in town, the locals charge you 50 pesos per person to access the waterfall. The cars stay very close to the river bed that you have to follow for approximately an hour to an hour and a half walking to reach the waterfall. The tour begins with a dirt road, after a few minutes there is a well-constructed cement path where we can walk for a few kilometers. As we approach the waterfall, the path disappears and there are only stones and trees where you have to go. You have to cross the river about twice to reach our destination, but this is truly a dream place. The waterfall has a turquoise blue color during the winter, while in times of rain, although there is more water, the color is green or brown due to the clay that carries the water. It is worth bringing a swimsuit and life jacket to swim under the waterfall. It is a beautiful place that is worth showing off everywhere.
