Interestingly, it has the best view for Palacio de Bellas Artes. Cafe at 8th floor and even shops at 8~9th floors provide perfect views.

I can’t tell anything about the shops, since did it do shopping there, but caffe at the 8 floor has very nice view! 😍We ordered there smoothies and it was tasty 👍🏻

Come here for the amazing view of Palacio bella artes on the 8th floor. You will need to get some coffee/snacks at the cafe, but it is well worth it. They allowed us about 30 minutes and it was more than enough to get some great pictures!

The line to the Cafe on the 8th floor is a mile long and the process is broken. If you are there to bag a selfie of Bellas Artes, good luck. No sense in wasting that kind of time, unless you're a money making influencer and have to have the shot. We went to a window and got our Instagram. Now, if you are here for shopping, it's lovely. 9 floors of stuff to take home.

In reality, I was just there to visit the Finca Don Porfirio cafeteria. But this Sears has it all, 6 or 7 stories of merchandise. Great view of the plaza with Palacio de Bellas Artes

Wer nur wegen des Ausblicks auf den Palacio Bellas Artes hierher kommt, ist in dem Café in den oberen Etagen bestens aufgehoben. Allerdings muss man hier aufgrund der Aussicht meist länger anstehen und auf einen Platz warten. Wer nicht warten möchte und nur einen Schnappschuss vom Palacio machen möchte, fährt einfach eine Etage höher. Von diesem Geschäft aus hat man (durch die Außenfenster) ebenfalls eine super Aussicht.

This place is worth going to for the view of Palacio de Bellas Artes alone. There was a wait for the cafe, but the line moved quickly. The white hot chocolate I ordered was nothing special, but the service was good and the staff was friendly. I can't speak on the actual store because I didn't have time for shopping.

Very simple to find. The view of el palacio de bellas artes is amazing from the location. They have a simple menu which consist of croissants, a breakfast sandwich, and some strong coffee and mineral bottled water. Highly recommended to grab an early breakfast.

If you have a Canadian credit or debit card (CIBC specifically) do NOT shop here. Their systems don’t synchronize with our banks at home and both my father and I were charged twice on our credit cards and once on our debit cards while the Sears pin machines showed our transactions were declined. To date we have not had the charges reimbursed (by Sears nor cibc) or cancelled and it was a huge headache. North Americans take your business elsewhere or pay cash.

Cafe on the top floor has great views.

We have bought our furniture and appliances in this store for over 50 years, since 1970...It was the top of mind for our family and still is. It's a great store,well ventilated and extremely clean , nowadays people go into the store without face mask but all the staff keep on wearing it,which is extremely reassuring for us and makes us feel safe inside

The Café Porfirio on the 8th floor offers a great birdseye view of the Palacio de Bellas Artes. Try to come on a weekday afternoon to (mostly) avoid the crowds, it's obviously a popular place to drink your latte.

A decent selection of brands for a standard department store. View from the top floor is not te be missed!

I went to buy a new Samsung Galaxy A03 core but there was only one technician to really can up date my new phone but after 2 .hrs it was not possible SO I have to go again SO I hope HE or SHE can do it well may be was bad luck today Sears Bellas Artes . Bad Day Carlos.

Go to the cafe on top of the terrace floor for an amazing view of the Palacia de Belle Artes across the road. The store itself has plenty to buy for every room of your house. The collection is international and contemporary. It's a huge store so it'll take a few hours to browse slowly.

I went to the coffee store ... A good view however if it's raining, you'll have a mess, it doesn't have anything to protect you from rain

Everything was great, I bought a few things, everyone was very helpful. When I was leaving the store I notice my phone had 12% battery left. There is a few power connections by the door so I stop to use one. After 4 minutes some woman came and ask me not to used them, I ask why? I'm a customer, she said it didn't matter, there can be an explosion or something. I couldn't believe it. Really 5 minutes of charge it's going to make a difference in their budget, specially after I spent 400 pesos there. Anyways.

nice view but it took us over an hour to get a coffee (which was bad), i asked twice for an espresso which i never got and it takes ages until you get seated where the view is even tho there are free spots
