The museum has a great presentation with the most notable part being climate change and promoting sustainable growth for our planet. The museum is ideal for kids, a sort of field trip. They can definitely do better as far as the darker sides of capitalism, really making an effort to educate yourself about what can happen if you don't handle your finances well. It might as well be one giant commercial for banks and loans.

What a marvel! Different perspectives of economics that you would least imagine. One of the most insightful museums that I've visited in CDMX. This one is definitely worth the visit.

MIDE It’s a very different museum with interactive explanations for children about inflation, etc. Where kids learn how money is made and much more...

The exhibition about the pandemic by Santiago Arau was breath-taking. It showed many facets of this unusual time, evoking a breadth of emotions. It left me with chills more than once. He's an incredible artist with a beautiful ability to capture the human experience.

Very didactic museum. It shows very basic concepts in a fun way. The building is wonderful as it was an ancient monastery. In each section you can find kind young guides willing to answer question and help you out with the different activities.

Loved this experience as I'm an economist. I focus on agricultural development, so I was very pleased to see an entire floor dedicated to the topic. Would recommend!

Museum of propaganda for the WEF. The price is also too high. Many more museums are mor interesting to visit in Mexico City. This one exist only to serve the psychopat vision of Klaus Schwab. Avoid it!

Note. You need to be able to read Spanish for this museum. The museum is pretty cool with explanations of concepts such as inflation in a creative and fun way. Visited mostly because I was curious how you make a museum about economics, as I have studied this stuff I did not learn much new.

Got there a min after 5:30 and they told me they will not sell tickets even though they are open another half hour. And they told me to come back tm even though they are closed on Mondays.

Actually, I could not get in, because a street protest happened, which prevented tourists, students, and researchers from getting in. It was very disappointing not to be able to visit this one-of-a-kind museum, on my last day in the nation's capital, for it is one of the first museums worldwide to illustrate and document the history of economics and its importance to our every day lives. I managed, however, the day before, to visit the nearby museum of the Stock Exchange (MUBO for its initials in Spanish), a 40 minute walk from there, which I highly recommend. Oh well. I hope to visit the Economics Museum on a future visit to the oldest capital city of North America, bar any protests that target world heritage sites, monuments or museums.

There are 4 floors with interactive displays. There are some screens that don't work well however the collection of coins are interesting.

Loved the fourth floor. Good reminders of how society mindlessly consumes to no end. On one exhibit one of the guides interacted, asking where I got my jacket from and then talking through the environmental and social costs associated with it and offering to guide me through other parts. Would recommend for a couple of hours.

I had been visited this museum and I found it entertaining because of its dynamics and equipment to explain how the economy works and its history. Also, we can learn how to take care of the world and about our responsibility when we buy products and discard a lot of garbage. I remembering that there were things so that we can take a picture and diagrams to understand the way money was created. After walk for all the MIDE and had interacted, workers ask for your email address so that we can get information about what we did it there. I recommend this museum, though I don't know what are the safety measures in this situation with COVID, and if it has been opened.
