Clean, open mall with lots of natural light. Lots of people here. There is a bathroom on the 1st floor next to the indoor Starbucks (there are two Starbucks on the 1st floor). You have to climb stairs to get to it, and I don't think there is a wheelchair-accessible option (unless I didn't see it). FYI for bigger girls: I could not find many clothes in my size in stores like Zara, Pull & Bear, Ivonne, Berksha. I found a couple Large items but never any XL sizes. Number sizes stopped around 10.

The mall has too many stores where they are very large and have so many things that you stay for days looking at everything. They have cafeterias, where you can hang out there if you get tired of walking. And there are also restaurants if you are hungry, hahahahahah well, obviously just to eat. I recommend.

What a nice and well designed shopping center. Located on Reforma and easily accessible by public transport, Metrobus. You have everything to shop there and some nice restaurants. Luxury shop like Disney-Tommy Hilfiger store and more affordable like Berksha. Nice building to visit.

This mall was built nearly 15 years ago (2004-2007). More recently, there have been newer and more modern places to go for shopping and entertainment in the city (which I would prefer, honestly), with a wider variety and better offering in stores and restaurants. Not only the facilities start to seem outdated, but also there is a management issue where the parking is one of the most expensive out there, but also the restrooms are beyond neglected. Nothing remarkable or exclusive. Good location tho.

We didn't stay there to eat because it seemed like it would be not a very authentic experience. We couldn't find a restroom. There's also not many seating options outside restaurants.

I thought that i would never see my backpack again. Now, i had very, very important documents + my wallet in this backpack so i was about loosing it . I was on the verge of a break down when i asked the nice cleaning lady if she had seen anything, she told me that someone had reported a back pack to security. So i run to the guard and after describing my bag and answering some questions i was able to recover it.. Thank you, thank you sooo much! I will be forever grateful.
