Gran Patio Is a good place where you can find groceries, clothes, shoes, beauty parlor, banks, fast food, cinema. The place is good. I have no issues about the shopping center, but, some visitors do not respect the pedestrian zone at the entrance of the mall, and they park their cars over these areas. Normally, and I have witnessed, security staff don't intervene. In Mexico, most of the drivers do not respect pedestrians.

I like it! But sincerely I think it's too small in comparison with other malls. I mean, it has only basic stuff, it doesn't have a variety of stores.

A great place to visit, plenty of stores that range from ice cream to clothing. And everything in between. Theres a movie theatre too, cinepolis, walmart, Sam's club It has a large variety and cozy environment

Great place to do some shopping for either you or your household, biggest parking lot in Texcoco, but, I can't believe there's only a small section for bicycles, if you are from Texcoco or know the place a lot of people uses this type of transportation, lots of space to spare.

Sort of reminds me of the states when I visit this place. Place has a good variety of stores throughout including a movie theater, only thing is that there is no free parking. They have guys washing cars in the parking lot for $80 pesos while you do your shopping, I had them wash my truck and i must say, for $5 us dollars they did a good job 👌🏽.
