Very crowded place and lines for everything, when you enter, when you pay, when you get out of the store. Theur sanitary measures are just useless and generate more crowd. Avoid going at all. The staff is overreacting to any "bad behavior". Terrible experience

I absolutely love shopping at Costco! The food is always top-notch, with everything being fresh and tasty. Not to mention, the prices are unbeatable in most of the things. However, the only downside is the long lines outside in the food court. Despite this minor inconvenience, I still highly recommend Costco to anyone looking for high-quality food at an affordable price.

Definitely going to cancel my membership after they refused to charge me saying that I had the wrong type of membership.

Quality merchandise and good deals, although the outside food kiosk is not on par with the rest of the shop.

Costco is amazing. It is a task to shop there, but savings are worth it. And it is clean and fairly neat. The new cold room for vegetables and fruits is so good! Parking is great. It is so big that it is impossible not to find parking like ever. It is next to the Mega supermarket , dry cleaner , a shoe repair, and coffee shop all of which make it more convenient.

Apart from everything else, the selection of Spanish and Mexican wines is amazing!

It's a Costco, it is as expected, perhaps even better stocked than some of the US based ones I've visited.

Perhaps one of the best Costco in Mexico as it has great produce and lots of stock. It might be the most crowded site as well. So you might not want to be there at rush hours.

Costco's all over, are always good places to go shopping.

It makes you feel like the costco from the states it's assembled the same way brings back good memories. And it has a great amount of things to choose from overall good service and can't forget the pizza or chicken bakes .

Excellent store to shop, you'll anything you need for your home. Employees are very helpful but that's if you can find one of them.

I love to shop in this place, i just wish the aisles, layout and general organization were more intuitive or at least well labeled. Returning items is difficult and stricter than in other places such as Sam's or Walmart.

The guys with the pizzas don't know what they're doing very discourteous have no respect for their guests buying pizzas

Not many Covid measures. Like they just sloppily let you in. Place had way to many people in the store. I was no too comfortable. Cuernavaca has way stricter measures. This store allowed couples in. People took their masks off once in. I won't go again.

I love COSTCO! First time in this store. Very clean, full of items, great quality, great service!

Awesome place to buy all kind of groceries, on weekends could be very crowded.
