I truly hated my experience at this store, this is far worst than you'd expect. Really, so I went there to buy a Samsung S21 ultra and I was told to open the phone here and that hey needed to make sure the phone was ok, but come to find out the sold a full line and they open the phone because of that. Worst day ever.

Great customer service, they’re very helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was that, there was many people inside the store which I don’t think is a good idea in pandemic times.

Poor customer service, I got there on sporty clothing everyone inside where snobby and arrogant I mean I am from canada and there is stores such as Hudson's Bay Armani Exchange Louis Vuitton Gucci, where you walk in and all the employes and security are nice, but at this Mexican store people seemed to have a very different perspective of living. I will never go back to that store

It does not have enough people and shoppes. It's mobbed and a lot of fun..

It is a good store to buy swim clothes and beach accessories!!

went to pick up tickets. service was pessimistic at best. too many floors for the service. expensive, amd quite honestly, this place does not fit the aesthetic of el centro if cdmx.

They have everything you need. If you're just visiting from abroad, at the 6th level they sell SIM cards for your phone.

This store is always crowded but probably that's bound to happen when you have such great prices and quality

It's a traditional department store. The clothing section is really focused in dressing older people. It's also aimed to the middle and upper classes, so don't expect cheap clothes or major discounts. Great variety of products, especially the furniture section

Restaurant is great, there are promotions all the time, great place to buy almost anything you need for your house, appliances, clothing, even motorcycles. Is basically a mall on its own.

I had the best time shopping for beautiful things that you can only buy at Liverpool.

Great products, staff could be more helpful or knowledgeable of their own departments. Horrid shoe options. Great place to get sweet treats tho if you're looking for a last minute present.
