Incredible food and ambiance at this place!!! Absolutely loved their traditional flavors, yet beautiful and sophisticated presentation. We tried different dishes, but the highlight for me were the mole Chilaquiles, those were amazing! The vegan chocolate pudding/tart was out of this world too! Their hot chocolate is delicious and their variety of tea was outstanding as well. Also, for those of you who like to do a little shopping, there's a beautiful clothing and jewelry shop at the place. Show up early and/or with enough time, as it gets super busy.

tldr: 3 large roaches showed over the course of 2 hours in a populated, well-lit room. I shudder at the thought of what happens when the restaurant is closed. + 1 star: The architecture and layout are beautiful. - 2 stars: For the 2 cockroaches I personally killed at the beginning and abrupt ending of our dinner. - 1 star: For the 3rd cockroach that showed up on our way out of the basement dining area. - 1 star: The staff handled it very poorly, offering excuses ("this happens when it rains") and comping only our dessert, approx. 15% of our $400US bill, for the inconvenience.
