I had three watches fixed and all three are brand watches. Gave me the best service with the best prices. They polished two of my watches and both look brand new. Greg also made one of the watches water resistant. I am very happy with the service.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Needed a 10-year old silver ring I wore everyday fixed. I was talked through the different levels of repair and prices. I really appreciated the options and patience while I asked questions. I don’t have a before picture, but the ring was warped, cracked, scratched and faded. Now it’s as good as new! And at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend their services.

Horrible service the guy Greg he says one thing the first day the next day you go back in case you want to buy something and it doesn’t work out and then you have to come back the next day to finalize the deal. He says one thing, one day and another thing the other day he’s not a man of his word he doesn’t keep his word he does not know how to Protect his reputation and the name of Hopkins jewelers that’s been around since 1979. I have had a very horrible service. I went to go buy a watch and he treated me very unfairly very.

I started going to Hopkins Jewelers about 2 years ago...pre Covid. They are right up the street from me. It was time (no pun intended) to put batteries in a couple of my favorite watches. Always polite, friendly service. Very reasonable prices. Recently when I was there I happened to comment about something totally unrelated. It was a problem I was having trying to find a particular type of caster wheel for a large cart. The owner actually told me what to do to make something if I couldnt find it! For Christmas I decided to give my late husband's watch and silver chain to my teen grandson. Both items had been in a box for 27 years. Hopkins cleaned the chain at no charge, removed the old battery & cleaned (& I'm convinced they saved) the watch with great care. They could see how much it meant to me. My grandson was blown away when he received the items and wears them both proudly. Thank you Hopkins. I think I'm on the 7th watch battery change now. Yes I have that many watches 😁. Just know that you can count on great service with care at Hopkins Jewelers. They're local. They are community.

Aptly took care of a fine Mikimoto/Seiko shelf clock and a broken timer, from the 50s (family thing). Gave a fair estimate and stuck to it. Great skill with older time pieces.

I took my new watch, a Vincero Chrono-S to Hopkins Jewelry today to have a couple of links removed so it would fit my wrist. Greg helped me out and he was awesome and very friendly!
