Unbelievable! It’s a 2:45 PM appt , and my dad and I have been waiting for 2hours; until I asked the staff they told me the doctor is gone for the day! They arranged a covering doctor to see my dad! That’s another extra one hour wait to see the covering doctor ! How Rude!

I doubt if they know the meaning of appointment. My sister waited there for Dr Simon Cheung over 4 hours and still didn’t get her turn, some other patients were literally later for 2 hours than her but they got to see the doctor first. It’s so frustrating just waiting there, they should have let us know if there is no appointments available at all!!! Eventually we decided not to wait because we really don’t know how much longer it would be, we are changing doctor, definitely not coming back!!!

Worst worst worst worst worst...i made an appointment for my dad on july 13 and they gave for sept 8...today(8th sep) i called in the morning to confirm the appointment because there was no appointment reminder from them. We went there and receptionist told us that the doctor had an emergency and had gone to the hospital. The other doctor can see him but its more than 2 hours of wait time. I understand the emergency but atleast call the patients so they know. I had to take the day off to come there. And then she gave me another appointment for November 23. Don't waste your time if u have another option coz they don't value others time.

This is the worst place to go to if u have a heart problem. They hire so many people sitting in the front office and yet no one picks up the phone if u want to schedule an appointment or change ur appointment. Call and u will find out. Go to the office and take a look for urself. They hire so many people and yet they can not get 1 or 2 people to answer the phone. I would not recommend this place, and also they over book patients.

Review is not on the doctor. This place seriously overbooked people. Each patient is like 15 minutes apart and you know each will take more than that. It's always packed and the wait is always hours. You can always expect half day wasted here

Doctor rushes patient without explaining their diagnosis. Uncaring for patient's concerns.

My experience in this office was a 5star. Wait time wasn't long at all. Guess it all depends. Other days are busier than other days. Debra did my ultrasound today . She was very nice and professional. Felt very comfortable with her, also I did my treadmill stress test with Denise and it was a great experience at this office. Thank you ladies foraling me feel so welcomed and safe and taken care of. Best regards

Just came in today for leg ultrasound. Clean facility with nice seating. Waiting area has a few folks but front desk staff was professional and efficient. Heard them speaking English, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese. Rosa, who take care of me, was amazing. Thanks for the great experience!
