They were so awesome the manager Jay, Sid, Emily went above and beyond helping me with other stuff besides att services. Thabk you your the best..that is why I don't go other authorized dealer besides dinuba location.

Emily was such a great help. Got my phone running how I needed it to, she's super patient. This store is the best all around. The team is so hardworking and kind to everyone!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

I will never buy from this store ever again. Go somewhere where they treat you right! Worst Customer Service experience. I would leave a negative star if possible. Additional fees were added which were about 45$ a month. I was never explained these fees. When I went in to ask about the additional fees, the guy who sold me the phone told me to contact ATT. I thought I was by going into the store to complain about the hidden fees. Francisco was very rude and condescending, he was no help what so ever. The little guy who sold me the phone was somewhat rude. I don't know his name, but he 5ft tall and 100lbs
