UPDATE: The previously posted 5-star review below was written and posted while in the hands of this Verizon Store employee without my consent or knowledge. Beware of leaving your phone alone with this store. I am hesitant of all their previous 5-star reviews, as this is most likely not the first time they have secretly done this. (09-28-2023: I was tired of tmobiles terrible service Eric took care of us and now we have service and new home internet thank you Eric!)

I give this store a ZERO STARS. I went in to set up my iPhone 15 pro max when it got shipped to my house. I had everything to switch my line over line the account number and transfer number. MARIO said he was able to do it wasted 30 minutes of my time and told me I had to call the port center and he said they are on the east side so they are closed. And I had to call tomorrow. I was so confused why they couldn’t do it in store with a hour left of them being open. I called the one on the other side of town and asked if they were able to do it and they said yeah in store. I asked them which stores can I do that at and he listed all of them so I just went to that one cause Betteravia was busy that’s why I went to the orcutt one. I didn’t catch the guys name at N broadway but he did it fast and got the same number working. Lazy workers at Orcutt location there was only 2 other people inside and didn’t want to help at all don’t even bother going to this location

After 15 years with Sprint/T-Mobile, my wife and I sought out a better wireless service. We decided to visit our local Verizon store because of the great reviews, and oh man, let me tell you, we were not disappointed. Daniel, this guy is the man! He was attentive, personable, funny, knowledgeable, and relatable, which made our transition painless after much clarification. Let me know if you know of anyone who has the same skills you have and is open to opportunities. You have my number ;)

I have been with Verizon for over nine years and not once I had such a wonderful customer service experience like I did today. Go and see Bryan at the Orcutt Verizon his customer service is unmatched. Best experience yet. This man needs a raise!

I went into Verizon reluctantly expecting bad service like in the past with other reps. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted with a very knowledgeable personable gentleman. My man, Bryan Esparza at the Orcutt Verizon went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I were taken care of. Took the time to break down everything and answer any questions we had. Recently went to Verizon in Orcutt to do a simple upgrade for me and my wife and right away was I greeted with a friendly smile and a hello by one of the employees his name is Bryan Esparza , wonderful costumer service and attitude thank you for making my visit so easy! We need more people in the world like you!

About a year ago, I purchased iPhone 14 had a great experience / staff is very well rounded with knowledge very professional eager to help
