I would give 10 stars if it was an option. I live out of town but was looking to place an order for my stepmom that lives in Santa Maria. Our family is going through difficult time as my father is in the hospital with COVID. He assisted me with putting a smile on my stepmom’s face by creating a BEAUTIFUL bouquet. Joe took my call even though it was right at closing hours. He was personable and extremely accommodating. He made a beautiful bouquet and provided several options for payment. His follow up was exceptional!

Joe's custom floral arrangements are beyond beautiful. His response time and care in delivering the arrangement was timely. Additionally, he sent a picture and communicated once the arrangement was delivered. The flowers are absolutely beautiful and a very creative arrangement. Recipients were very happy. I ordered from out of state and Joe sent a photo. I made an error in the delivery date and he was more than accommodating. I am so pleased. You cannot get this great attention and service from an 800 flowers or most places these days. Not knowing the area well, I feel very lucky to have found Joe. I was in need of sympathy flowers and he created a beautiful custom floral arrangement at the last minute. Besides the beautiful arrangement, his response time was immediate when I contacted him. Not once, but every time I had a question. The flowers went out the next day and he sent a picture of the arrangement before they went out. The recipient loved them as well. During a time of sorrow, it was nice to receive a text saying thank you, it was the most beautiful arrangement she had received and it brought some joy to her day. JP Designs Floral is a true gem!
