I lived at the Villagio for 2 years. Great location with excellent staff. Emily, David, and Jose have been a great help every time I had a question or needed something. I thought the 1 bedroom apartment had a great layout and I really loved the space. It's also walking distance to 85 degrees bakery and Starbucks, which I think is a big plus. Honestly I could've stayed here for much longer but I decided that I will eventually get a dog and unfortunately Villagio doesn't allow pets. You get your own assigned parking in the garage below the apartments and I've never had any issues there. No break ins, nothing. It's always felt safe in the building. There is a gym and a pool but I've never really used the amenities so I can't really speak to them. Turnaround time on maintenance requests is fast (usually next day) and you can do those online. They're usually very responsive to phone calls but with covid its understandably harder to get an answer right away. That aside, it's definitely been one of the best apartments I've ever lived at. It makes a difference that the staff here is onsite and that they care. I highly recommend living at the Villagio.

I just moved into the Villagio and Jessica was super helpful throughout the entire process. From beginning to end, she gave me a tour, helped me apply to the apartment, and worked with me to get everything I needed to move-in. It went smoothly because of her support. I emailed her several times to ask questions and I always got a quick response. She was also flexible with me when I needed additional time or support. The apartments are great, it's quiet, and premises are well-kept. Overall, I am very satisfied with my decision to move here.

Lived at this place for 5yrs and both the previous management with David and present Management with Karen has been exceptional. The apartment is walking distance to prime shopping districts as well as CSUN. It is also kept clean and well maintained by Jose. You can always count on him with any needs for your apartment. Maintenance requests are also attended to promptly and with the new management there has been a few more improvements though I have had only a year with them. Great place to stay in be it for work, normal, or students. There is also an ocassional security guard in the premises during night. Not too many University students living here so noise level is not much of an issue as well.

Been living here since 2017 and the past and present managers have been excellent. David had been great fulfilling the needs of the tenants and the present manager Karen and Jessica has also gone above and beyond to make sure the the tenants needs as well as renovations, repairs, maintenance, and improvelents have been done to the apartment. Their staff are very friendly and prioritizes the efficient maintenance of their units.

I happily lived here for 4 years before my job moved me to Texas. The apartment and the complex are well taken care of and clean. The management team has always been helpful and polite. The maintenance crew was always quick to reply to any maintenance orders. The area is fairly quiet with plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby. I highly recommend living here!

I've been part of this community for the last 6 years. In regards to the level of care. attention to details, best willingness and quality of services, I can't find enough words of gratitude and admiration. Villagio is a very high level residential community with very comfortable services for the tenants. But what makes it unique is the Management Team and Maintenance. The quality of their care and commitment never falls but mainly the human sense of assistance, urgency and importance to the residence has no comparison. Thank you Karen for your leadership and kindness; Thank you Jennifer for your attention and excellent disposition at all times; Thank you Jose and Tomas for the care, the sense of urgency and the level of importance that you bring when needed. I had a great experience at the Villagio and highly recommend it! The staff was extremely personable, responsive and professional. The complex was clean and well maintained. The management was also very supportive of my job relocation and worked with me on my lease terms. I had absolutely no issues with fellow tenants or management. I have not had a better rental experience!

By far, the best apartment living experience. It's quiet, clean. The staff professional and friendly. I will miss you Villagio!!
