So glad they opened a Sephora in the Rolling Hills Plaza! It’s so close to me, and there’s plenty of parking. I don’t have to go inside a mall to get to Sephora! While booking a makeup application appointment on their website, I saw that they offer a lip treatment by Hydra Facial. Lately, my lips have been super dry, and I’ve been having to apply a ton of chapstick. I’ve never had this issue before, so I’m not used to dealing with this issue. So when I saw that they offer this, I immediately made an appointment to try it out and see if it helps. I easily made an appointment online and was good to go. When I walked in for my appointment, I went to the front desk to check-in. I was seen right away by (ugh, I’m so bad with names, maybe Jennae?) a lovely lady on 4/23/22 @ 4:30. She walked me through the process and got started. It was quick; I actually saw a difference in my lips. She applied a sleeping mask called Laneige, which I also purchased. A week has passed since my lip treatment, and I’ve noticed they haven’t been as dry, and I’m not constantly applying chapstick as often! So I guess the treatment worked for me. Totally worth the $30! I will be coming back next week for my makeup appointment. I’m sure it’ll be a great experience as well! Thank you, Sephora!

A little bit of a late review but I was in Rolling Hills Sephora to check on some foundations for the Sephora sale. Delilah came by and said hi and was really sweet and even complimented my nails! She was really nice and I hope and wish the best for her! Love from Singapore :3

One word. Andrea. I work near by and this is my favorite location. The store is lightly lit and the associates are helpful. I came in for a face serum and ended up with a foundation consult and talking shop about products with Andrea. She was kind, patient and helpful. Her honest opinions and alternate recommendations were enlightening. I didn’t feel pressured to buy and I have a long list of products I want to purchase in the future. Thanks for the help! I did comeback for the setting powder lol.

This Sephora has the same products as any other Sephora but the ladies on the floor are not very helpful at recommending products or color matching people of color. Sephora needs to train these people better because the quality of service is subpar compared to employees at other locations.

I’ve had 2 facials here and plan on getting more. I’ve also made several purchases here and love the selection and the staff makes you feel welcome. I live equidistant from this store and the Del Almo store, but like the way I can park right in front versus having to go into the mall.

Leaving the same review I just left on yelp :) I got my makeup done by Jennae Trejo, she did an amazing job! I was so happy with my look and she asked me the right questions to nail the look I was going for! Jennae was also easy to talk to, she made me feel very comfortable. I felt so beautiful and confident with my makeup, so happy!

I was welcomed in by a very lovely young lady named Beatrice today when I visited this location for the first time. She has the best smile and is super sweet! She went above and beyond to help me find the right fragrance & provided me with excellent customer service. I had a great shopping experience today, thank you so much Beatrice!
