I seriously think they only hire the laziest people they can find. They have to have to close to 20 people per shift to offset the laziness. The cashier doesn't listen to you when you order, so you have to repeat yourself When you ask them for condiments, they always say out of stock without even looking to see if they have the condiment. The staff delivering the food doesn't even know the menu, when there is a mistake they say oh that's what you ordered. When you show the receipt, they still say that's what it is. I think customers only tolerate this place because of the unlimited rice option.

It is a 2 storey branch. The food is good and affordable. The staffs are approachable but the service is a little bit slow.

Food is per Mang Inasal standards. But the dining area was dirty. The floor is wet with spilled drinks and there is also track of water stepped on from the toilet going to the dining area. I had to call the manager because the crew did not care enough to clean it. The manager basically said it's a busy day for them which should NOT be an excuse. Never coming back.

I ordered delivery but it took almost 2 hours but we didn't still receive our order and it's just Halo Halo. We decided to go on their branch instead to follow up since their number is not working and can't be able to reach.
