Stayed for 3 days 2 night, customer service is on point and their staffs are friendly and helpful for guest concerns. Accommodation, kitchen facility, lobby/reception area, parking area and pub is impressive. The beach front is walkable. We stayed late at night to roam around the area, and no open convenient stores except for bars. But the only downfall is their pools, it have this unnecessary floating objects and I wonder why the water smells like urine. Anyhow, its a great beach resort to try on for your family, friends and significant other (reservation is highly priorities). Also, one thing they have a curfew for their pools (11:00 pm) and they charge you 2k for safety fee upon arrival (ibabalik din nila yun upon check-out) so keep that in mind.

Ants and cockroaches were present in the room. We had to transfer to another room on the 2nd flr due to infestations. 2nd flr was better with small cockroaches still present. Staff was attentive and can only do so much to make our stay better. Rooms are spacious and can sleep more than 4. Got great service from Roma.

The rooms are okay, not that great, the comfort room however smells, its not that bad but it smells, i don't know if its the disinfectant that they are using, i just opened the bathroom window instead. some of the attractions are closed, sad =( wave pool operations depends on how many guests are checked in, if few guests checked in, expect no wave pool for you guys =) but we enjoyed the slides and the bucket falls. There's also a SPA and a lot of things to do and choose from.

I enjoyed the wave pool and slides, that's it. However it is overpriced, dirty, facilities are broken, some places smells like sewer, and the water tastes and smells bad. The guard told us that karaoke isn't allowed because of the noise but they let others blast their music all night. The rooms were ok, but it would be better if it was cheaper. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

Upon arrival, we were assisted by resort personnel in transporting our luggages to our assigned room. Cockroaches welcomed us. The room is nice, AC with double bed. The living room has sofa bed, could accomodate 2pax with pull off bed good for 1pax. Kitchen sink water & bathroom water w/ heater is salty. Elecyric kettle, rice cookr, spoons, coffee cups and platrs are provided. Ref is available for food storage. No free internet. DITO signal is none inside room. Smart is okay. Bringingbof foodviscallowed. Cooking is allowed, range/stove hood is available.

The only good thing about this place is the beach. WAY OVERPRICED. Especially the food included in their rates. If you still decide to go here, stay away from their food included in the packages super rip off plus not good at all. Just order ala carte. Service is poor, so hard to connect with staff especially at the main hall.

Need to be change the service of this resort.We tryibg to order a food that because d kami nakapag baon.Igot 4 kids so pumunta ako sa resto nila na walking distance.I ask if i can order and deliver in the pool cottage area.They said plus 20% so i complain about it.I order 4 dishes plus 1 platter rice and 1 pitchel tapos d nila idedeliver they think i can just get it? Also was mad cause i jnow the resort and resto our aistwrs company!! 20% is too much!! I will agree by 10% or 5%.r Rate our too much expensive too and cottage about small 650 already.we order food they said will not charge 20% but we will pay thetake out containers!! So i said ok no problem.Just feel bad kc pag nakain ka sa iba at naka order ka ng 6 persons food sometimes they give you plates and spoon and glass.Sa knila wala tlg as in!! Will not coming back on this resort!!

The location and resort itself os nice. But there is no enough water and restrooms for showering to clean yourself. After swimming at the beach of course we want to take a shower with clean water yet their shower is still saltwater and only 2 or 3 is functional - naghihingalo pa yung shower. We thought this place is cool because of expensive rates. We happened to visit with families for a day tour with great expectations but unfortunately, it's the other way around. Some amenities are not working, dirty CRs and the pool, not so impressive. The wave pool though is good, and that's it.

Dirty and worn beach accommodation. The swimming pools also need more cleaning and proper steps in the large pool.

Went there for some quiet time with the family and was not disappointed . Food was good and had the chance to chill out on the beach.

The room is clean and staff are very accomodating. Location is nice since it's only a few steps to the beach.

Swimming pools are for kids only, all pools are not well maintained theres a lot of debris floating at water. In my 6hours stay i didn't see any one to clean the pools.

We stayed here for labor day weekend with BIL & MIL. Our room was in 1st floor, good since we have 2 kids, and near lng sa pool. Nothing special sa food but still acceptable, kesa maghanap pa ng restau sa labas. Staffs are polite and nice. Will we comeback? Hmmm, we'll try to other resort.

I want to leave an honest review. Gave only 4 stars cause of some minor issues. We've enjoyed our stay at Bahia 1 which is located near the beach. It's a fully air conditioned beach house. Upon arrival staffs are all accommodating, specially manong guards. The food was really great, as for our dinner we couldn't finish the food coz it's really too much for the pax of 10 😅. We chose meal 1 for our food. Their pancit is really delicious( pasado sa panlasa)👍👍👍. We actually had a reservation few hrs before goin there😅 (we're lucky that they still have 1 available). They also allowed us to bring water and chips coz we're travelling with kids (outside food isn't allowed). Since we stayed near the beach the parking area is quite far that's why we asked the staff who assisted us if it's ok to park nearby since it will be a long walk to get back to the beach house, they said it's ok but park at your own risk. At the beach there are manong bangkero who offers boat riding for only 100php per head and banana boat ride for 200php. We only tried boat riding early morning next day which is much relaxing goin to the beach at sunrise. Some minor issues we encountered is the light on the bedroom isn't working, there's a bedside table but need to get fix that we had to put a piece of paper on the ON button to keep it the light on. The bathroom has no bidet though they have a bucket and dipper(balde at tabo) one of the bathroom has no dipper. They don't have an electric kettle and no complimentaries (coffee,sugar and creamer) on the beach house. We woke up 4:30 in the morning and wanted to take a sip of hot coffee, we phone the staff but apparently it is only available at 7am. Good thing manong guard is really nice that he gave us coffee and hot water👍👍👍👍👍. It still need some improvement. Check in and check out is fast and smooth. 👍👍👍👍👍. They are always attending to our query and request👍👍👍👍. I highly recommended staying here if your goin to Lingayen Pangasinan. 👍👍👍

We just slept there and went home the next day. No enjoyment at all. Beach is public and too far from the resort.

I like it here. Except tv in rooms. Livingroom tv only 12 channels (no international movie channels). Tv in bedroom no channels (thankfully i have cable to connect tablet to tv so i could watch downloaded netflix movie´s/shows). Food not always so great in our opinions. But they did replace what was not good. Very friendly staff and guards and very helpfull! Very beautifull place with lots of beautiful art made of wood! The members kitchen could be better in my opinion. And outside the kitchen it´s impossible to eat in the dark due to bugs (mosquito´s and ants). Bug zappers outside kitchen could help alot ! (Also had small leak in bathroom sink wich caused water to drip into cabinet below sink)

place is good, food is ok, front office service can be better, aqua marina schedule should be earlier than 9 am and more than 7pm. complementary water and soap should be available upon check in.

NO WIFI in the rooms. Waterpark is okay. Near the beach. Accommodating staff. Bath water/shower inside the rooms are salty, it dries the skin if you're gonna stay long. Food is average.

Positive: The place, environment and pool is good. Negative: 1) the room villa 404 toilet stinks. 2) Check out service assitance is below par and needs improvement. We waited for an hour, but nobody assisted us, and we personally pick our luggage under the heat of the sun with the help of our minor children.

Booked in a deluxe room for a single night. The security guards are courteous and the receptionist as well, they took care of us upon arrival and led us to our rooms immediately so we could unload our bags and get cozy. Unfortunately thats the only good thing I can say about our experience in this resort. The staff at the restaurant are lazy, they just stood there at the counter chatting with each other, the food is way overpriced and not good. The pool is kinda dirty and not properly maintained. However, my biggest complaint is the room we stayed in, toothpaste were not provided, the faucet is all rusty, water is salty, we couldnt get any sleep at night because housekeeping staff were noisy chatting and blasting music at the hallway even though it was already late at night. But the very worst part of our experience is the stench of the bathroom, it reeks like sewage, smells like "puerta ni marina" :-D

The room water is cold and the four people rooms are small, some things are broken. The pools are very dirty and rarely gets cleaned. The only clean pool is the vip one. Yesterday for breakfast my family found a part of a cockroach in the food. Lastly the room doesn’t have any internet. Overall the experience was bad.
