It's a good place if you want peace and quiet. If you're also looking for picture-perfect place, go for this place. If you're after the beach, don't expect much. I'm not sure if you can swim at the beach because during our stay there, no one had ever gone swimming. Maybe because water is quite dirty.

The age of the resort is already evident but the cleanliness and orderliness will compensate. The pools are good and clean. Although the beach is rocky and the sand is far from being good, the whole experience is great. The rooms are large with 2 beds and the lcd tv is a newer model. The food is pricey for its taste. The shower needs some improvement. The bowling alley is out of service during our visit.

the place is old but it added to its grand aura. the room we stayed is has twin queen bed and can fit 4 people and still not too crowded.we got a room with a veranda and faces the pool side and the beachfront which is kinda nice. working TV, ref and a kettle with complimentary coffee. they have old keys, no key cards. aircon is new. but the hot/cold shower is not working. they have a bathtub but since water flow is not strong, might just swim at their pool. they have 3 pools (1 with deep of 5-6feet, 1 with slide and 1 with wave). the beach is not recommend led for swimming as it is not clean. i love their majestic lobby, high ceiling with artwork.

Location: 1/10 The location is really far from the main road and you can get easily lost if not guided by the locals. It's also not advisable to drive at night because the streets have no lamps and it's beside a clif. Cleanliness: 0/10 We've booked a few rooms over the weekend and all of the bathrooms were so dirty! We literally needed to clean it ourselves but one particular bathroom had an UNDERWEAR in the bathroom when we checked in. We doubted it was cleaned before we checked in. The bed is so old like the spring is already pflat on some areas of the bed. Facilities: 7/10 there are 3 pools. The 2 pools are less than 5ft. The wave pool is nice. The beach is dirty and no one will be able to swim there. They really need to renozvate the rooms. Staff: 3/10 We were unable to reach them via call, email, and social media. We're not sure who's handling their accounts or phone but we were only able to talked to them once and after that no more. During our stay the reception area isn't 24/7 so by 11pm we weren't able to contact anyone for our concerns. Food: 8/10 The food is good. It was hot when it was served but we were concerned when we asked if the food is sweet or salty and the staff responded "it depends on the cook" so a dish of tapa can either be sweet or salty depending on the mood of the cook??? Lol Price: 7/10 the place may be affordable compared to other hotels but if you're planning to go here maybe just have a day tour instead of staying the night. I think that would be the best option.

It was an overall ok experience. The location was pretty far from the main road, which can be dark at night time. Rooms are okay, but the bathrooms inside may need renovations for it to be competitive enough. Service is good, the staff are friendly in my experience. The activities were quite ok too, the pool is good and clean but the beach was quite underwhelming, I wouldn't recommend this if you are looking for a good beach experience.

Beach was not conducive for swimming and my foot was sliced with Oyster shells. Swimming pool water was dirty as well. CR lacks maintenance. Used napkins and tissues were disposed improperly in the female bathroom.

It's an okay place but deffinately faaaaar from the life of Subic (It's the Subic Freeport Zone) and not a great place to swim because the water is never clean nor clean. It's an old place and deffs needs renovations especially the plumbing because the water pressure was not it. The pool was cool but the waterpark's water was NOT clean. Probably won't come back here again.

The new pool area adds attraction to the resort. Could use a little more maintenance as the litter of other irresponsible guests are sitting here and there. The beach is useless, just maybe as a backdrop to your photos. The room we were given doesnt have a heater and you can feel sand dust on the floor when you're barefoot.

We just experienced a day tour. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Location is great, safe and peaceful specially for those who are looking for a holiday getaway. Swimming pools are clean but slides are not usable during our visit. Shower and tap are not on the right water pressure but the wave pool is enjoyable. Overall day tour experience is 4.0.

Leaking rooms when it rains, can't hangout on the balcony because of the leaks. loud aircon. Helpful staff though

We were visiting the area in search for property and decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant. My husband ordered a club sandwich and I had this Spaghetti Bolognese. It was meaty and had just the right amount of sweetness. The wait staff was polite and prompt, always much appreciated.

We enjoyed the old hotel vibe. The staff was very accommodating even when we had tons of special requests.

the amenities are good, the only down fall of this place is the sea and shore, its full of garbage which keep us out from swimming in it :(

We visited the place back in December 2021. The staff were very nice especially the server at the restaurant. He delivered our food at the poolside. Pros: Nice pools. They have 1 for kids with slides. Another is a wave pool. There are lots of shower rooms. They have good food. The place is quiet and has this vintage vibe. Cons: The beach was really filty. There's just not much to see. I feel that the place is so hidden that you're like in a horror movie. I went for a swim and then shower and there were cockroaches in the shower room. The place is not well maintained. There were not much guests when we were there but when we went to the restaurant, there wasn't anybody to assist us. We were the ones who turned the AC on and needed to go to the front desk to ask for assistance twice. I believe the place can do better. It was a good decision that we took just the day tour. But this will not be a place we will go back to, I'm sorry.

A little bit old hotel but certainly great place for staycation. Used to have good breakfast most probably affected by the pandemic.

The good: Nice pools, especially the new one with waves. Slides were cool too. The staff that were there were very nice and attentive. There weren't a lot of guests and (as of today) promo rates are super affordable. The buldin design does give a moroccan feel. The Bad: Staffing was limited (as there were not much guests). Restaurant is only until 8pm. The rooms were clean but outdated. Water pressure isn't that strong and use of extra towels has a cost. There is no WIFI and mobile data signal in the room were wonky. It is difficult to work while there. The beach is bad. Think about the black sand beaches around the area and imagine it not maintained and garbage being washed into the sand. Overall, it's worth the current low price. I actually went here several years ago and it was a new resort with prime amenities (at its peak, this was where they shot Agua Bendita) but time has not maintained it well and Covid probably hit staffing hard. Hope it turns a corner.

Sales lady very acomadating she does not know what is the property value on a square meter ! Squatters in the subdivision! Very expensive 8500 m2 and no amenities you have to pay for the club shere and still yet you have to pay entrance to go to the pool so you decide how many stars
