Out of all the years of experience I have in customer service and sales I have never come across such a disrespectful manager. The mangers name is Maria. I called for information on snow chains. I am quite ignorant on the subject and what information needs to be provided. I was asked by Maria what size tire and I simply said 20. When she asked what was the whole tire information I paused shortly because I was trying to think of the information. I repeated her question to make sure I heard correctly and she proceeded to raise her voice while repeating the question. I replied that she did not need to raise her voice and be discourteous. I completely understand that everyone has bad days but that is no excuse. When I confronted her about her behavior she was quite narcissistic. Someone with that attitude should not be in this type of industry or have a managing position. I was able to be helped by Rafael. He took the time to explain and be thorough. I gave him the correct information and all my questions were answered. I’m glad that there is still people that take pride in their work and treat people with decency. The three stars are for Rafael.

So grateful that I had excellent service at this Auto Zone Location. The best employee Victor was phenomenal, he helped us install our new battery and windshield wiper. They had everything I needed in stock for my much needed oil change. Lots of products on sale or bundle specials. Would highly recommend!!! Thanks Victor

The manager closed the doors at 8:49pm, and was behind the counter, unwilling to open the door. Customer shouldn’t be drive up to autozone thinking that its open when google says closes at 9pm. A waste of time for the customer. A lack of interest for a customer to purchase here.

I came into Autozone today for some help with my air conditioning. Rafa answered all of my questions & was so pleasant! He went above and beyond & even went outside to help me! Great service reasonable price on parts

I just left this place after three other ones where closed on Easter. Victor and Carlos where very helpful in the installation of my car remote battery. Which was very important as i was stranded yesterday because my battery was low. They both had wonderful attitudes and great customer service skills Thanks guys!

This year has been tough for all of us so it was a nice surprise to receive such great customer service. Victor F. & Rafael were both super helpful with my purchase of a new battery. From coming out to help me carry the old battery into the store to checking my warranty it was all around great service. I’d recommend anyone to come here especially during these times where some positivity is needed.

I shop at other Auto zones but I think this location is 💩💩💩💩 compared to other spots. I got called in for a scheduled 'interview' some time back right. So the dude did the phone interview, and what not but wasn't even on site the day of the 'interview'. Wasted gas and energy for dude just to get turned back. They need to conduct better business that was irresponsible from their part but it's all good. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

8.8.22 just returned to this auto zone and again had a wonderful experience. Jose Sandavol was very helpful. I asked help finding a battery for my car keys, he located it and even offered to help change my key battery and showed me how to. Thanks again! Great auto zone experience.
