I wanted to come here to celebrate my anniversary and wanted a nice steak dinner. I would not return here again because the service was horrible, the food was good but service overtopped the food. We were seated taken our order and we got our appetizer and bread before our drinks. We had to to ask the bartender our drinks because we couldn't locate our waiter. At this time, the place was not busy! So then we got our drinks and then soon after our food came. During this time the waiter should stop by and ask if we need any refills right? Well she didn't. This time the restaurant started getting busy, okay we waited but still nothing so we paid using the machine and needed a box to go. We use the "call server" button on the machine but no luck, 15 minutes later we go up to the bar and ask for a box to go, THEN FINALLY she came up to our table if we needed anything. Nope! We left , this is the first and last time we will come to this one. We usually go to Black Angus because they always give great service even when they are busy but we wanted to try this place, Big Mistake!

Visiting on a Friday night the place is busy. Waited about 10 minutes to be seated, in a booth nice and promptly. We were greeted by a friendly server and took our drink orders. Within 5 or less minutes our beverages arrived, and they tasted great. I had the Sauza gold coast Rita, very smooth and tasty. We were served bread and butter in lieu of an appetizer and it too was delicious... warm and crisp top as of fresh on the spot. I ordered the steak shrimp and pasta and the steak ordered medium rare, it was cooked perfectly. The shrimp and pasta were delicious and perfect as well. The down under margaritas paired very well with the steak and shrimp pasta.

Outback Steakhouse has great meals. I got the sirloin steak and chicken. On the sides I got mash potatoes and Mac and cheese. Order was very good and the servers were very friendly.

My family and I agreed that THIS Outback will be our new go-to. The service was great, the food was hot and cooked perfectly and full of flavor! The service reminded me of pre-shutdown services. Every employee treated us like we were welcome, and our business was valued!! We sat in the outdoor patio area, and the people who served us were the best!!

Horrible food preparation. Chef didn't know the difference between medium-well done and rare after 3 attempts. Chef admitted to it being wrong and I was charged $0 dollars. Was a waste of time for a special occasion.

Food and service was excellent. They are short servers so restaurant wasn't that busy.

First off let me say the staff were all great, but this was the nastiest Outback I've ever been to. Floor, in and out, were very dirty. Broken hostess stand leaning against the wall. Rugs looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Outside seating area was terrible. Tables dirty, chairs dirty. Pigeon poop everywhere, including tables and chairs. Not sure who manages this place but hosing down that patio needs to be one of the first things done in the morning. Secondly, if you would screen the area in and cover it, the pigeons couldn't poop everywhere to begin with and you'd still have the feeling of being outside. Our food was good but not much sauce on my burger and I tried two drafts and both were flat.

The food was decent. I ordered the sirloin (5 oz) and ribs combo. I didn't particularly enjoy the sirloin, but the ribs and the sauce that came with it were good. I ordered the mashed potatoes and Mac & cheese for sides (the combo came with 2 sides). The Mac and cheese was OK, buy the mashed potatoes were delicious. I ordered a Shirley temple and chocolate from down under for dessert; the dessert was delicious consisting of a brownie with ice cream and some other type of cream on top of it. The waiters were excellent. I forgot the woman's name, but Raymond took over for her and he was also excellent.

Pretty decent spot. When our group arrived there was a 30-40 minute wait but we were seated within 20 minutes. The server(s) were very friendly and helpful with drink recommendations. Ended up getting their special cocktail which was refreshing. The food was brought out relatively quick despite them being really busy. Overall would recommend to check this place out in case any other takeout spots seem to be busy.

We arrived and the host said it would be 5 minutes, they were waiting for a server to come on. We said no problem, 30 minutes later we were getting seated. We ordered some fried shrimp as a appetizer, I guess the server forgot to place the order for the shrimp because they didn't arrive until after all the food was delivered. The food was good,the server was nice but forgetful and the ambiance was chill. We ordered prime rib and sirloin center cut. Sides were steakhouse Mac and cheese,chili,house salad,asparagus. The prime rib could've been seasoned better along with the steak. Overall the food was ok a bit pricey for what we ate and because the tempo was set up for failure. It's always best to cone through with what you say and pay attention to the order.

Enjoyed an outdoor birthday celebration for a wonderful special friend. There were 12 of us and went for lunch. The waitress was very attentive and polite. The food was awesome with great seasonings. We definitely will go back.

Lovely atmosphere bad service and overcooked food. I asked for a steak medium rare and was served medium/medium well. Our server Kimberly could not be found during our entire meal. I basically had to wait until the end of my meal to find another server to make the corrections. With grace to the kitchen it was at the end of the rush. My main issue was the service, I watched our server hang out at the bar talking her friend, never once came over. We asked for boxes and the manager did to make better by sending an entire new meal but the server still lacked skills of service and went back to bar and hang out. Waited probably another 15 minutes for her to bring us a check. Kimberly is there for her hourly and needs to work on service skills. It was not busy in fact every one but Kimberly was working to clean up and checking on their customers. We did leave a her $10 cash tip but it was in my heart I wanted to leave maybe $5 which still would have been more than she deserved. We thought to ourselves we should have stayed at the bar where the bartender was ready to serve us but didn’t because it was cold. Bartender made excellent drinks while we waited for our table. Host was kind apologized for the wait for the table, but that’s where great service ended.

Having visted outback around 20 years orevious on a Military trip to Utah i was expecting good things as its fairly good quality food. The meal was reasonably priced and tasty, the beers went down well. The only let down was the cost of the sides being the browning onion flakes, there was too many and a little dry, they should just give half the amount and not charge extra as i doubt anyone would enjoy that many of them. I would prefer a choice of dips with them, the mustard dip is not one of my favourite. The staff are great, the atmosphere is good.

Food is really good; steak cooked and seasoned well, fries and other veggies are flavorful, and the Blooming Onion with the dipping sauce is tasty. Service is just ok; they are friendly enough, but they hardly ever come to check on you, and to get their attention you practically have to shout for them from across the room. Basically a good four out of ten; I'll visit again because the food is good.

Had my birthday dinner here recently. Our server was beyond perfect and the food was A+. We will gladly be back soon for a family dinner. It wasn't packed and that made the experience so much better.

Twice I have ordered delivery from this place, and both times I have been disappointed. Tonight's was by far the worst! If an establishment agrees to online delivery, then they should hold themselves to the same high standards as they would if I was dining in! Outback Steakhouse clearly does not! The steak was raw and tough, the potato was raw as well, and the rest of the meal was missing. If I had been dining in, I would have had the opportunity to send it back, but with delivery, one does not have that option. Keep in mind, it was delivery orders that kept you in business during the pandemic. While this restaurant has always been a place for my family and I to celebrate special occasions, we will no longer.

I love outback steakhouse and was really excited to go again since I've moved somewhere that doesn't have them. Overall the food was ok. I will say, it took a really long time for the server to take our order (we finished eating our appetizer before he even took our food order even though we knew what we wanted before he brought us our drinks). My pasta came out and it was ok but I'm use to it being better. It just seemed like they forgot to add seasoning to the sauce 😅 so the noodles themselves were pretty bland. As for the atmosphere, our bench was squeaky and there was a large unsightly pillar right in the way of the booth we were suppose to sit in. We moved so it wouldn't be in the way.

Hard to beat for the price definitely one of my favorite steak houses for the price the porterhouse is good the wait can be 30-45 minutes

Great place to have a drink and then eat a good dinner, food was cooked to perfection. Our service was excellent (Natalie). Will come back soon.

Food is ok nothing special but still edible. You can find much better around , drink came wrong but as always i did not like to complain. My experience was not great... Tryed to come for a drink and dinner a second time.. , place was empty and thought i could have something with no wait. but when i asked they told me that there was a line and have to wait a little... ok no problem... i go to the place next door... Walking by an hour later and place was still empty. Did not understand why it happened, but will not go again

We were so excited to go back to the Outback! Food was tasty and delivered quickly, but otherwise service was practically nonexistent. It took a very long time just to be greeted, then to get drinks. After that, no server stopped by for the rest of the meal. All our drinks ran empty but there was never a chance to order more. We finally had to flag down a busser to ask for our bill. There are too many other good restaurants in the immediate area for us to ever bother with Outback again.

I ordered the filet and lobster although it was a very small portion I did get full off of the bread and salad. My steak was over cooked I didn’t complain at all before I could take a bit Sylvester came out with another one free of charge. He was very observant and so kind! Thank you for such great service Sylvester!

I've been going to Outback's for years. By far, We has the freshest, deep fried Bloomin Onion ever! Sometimes when it's ordered there's still a little uncooked batter around the bottom of the Onion. This day it was perfect! So hot! Our bartender didn't have on a name tag but she was very pleasant. Great experience

Food was good. Staff helpful but a little slow. Update 7/24 : Another great visit ! Chicken and shrimp pasta was great. My wife's dish was amazing. I can't believe how good the food and the service is while been short handed

I did not like the food at all. The staff was okay. I ordered the prime rib, and it seemed like it was just warmed up instead of freshly cooked. Additionally, the baked potato I ordered was the smallest potato I have ever seen. I've been to many Outback locations, and this one was the worst by far

Food and atmosphere were good but what made our Mother’s Day great was the service! Sylvester the manager observed that our server was very busy taking care of her large party and he acknowledged me and my wife right away…took our order , got bread and water to start us off. Took care of us till our server took over, she was attentive as well! He absolutely need to be commended. Had a wonderful experience and definitely be back!! 👍
