First time ever eating at Johnny Rockets and it wasn’t to bad. I’ve had better but overall it still was a good experience at this location. First-The location is right near cedar Sinai hospital and there really isn’t any parking for them specifically. But there is a parking garage next to it for all the shoppes etc and I had an issue with my ticket to leave that garage but overall it seems kind of cheap for the area. The location itself is small. Not to many tables and a little bit of bar seating. But it’s clean and open which I think is good. The staff seemed really nice and worked together. Second-The food was alright. I personally think the chili fries were awesome. good chili and I get them without cheese (dairy issues) and they were still really good. The burger wasn’t anything to rave about. Had a lot better. But for the experience of a franchise like Johnny rockets, it’s worth trying. But overall I recommend this place!

Little pricey but I guess is the average in Los Angeles. We had 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 pepsi . The total was 50 dollars. Quality of the burgers were ok . I really loved the French fries. Guys working there are very kind , that was the thing I appreciate the most. Anyway personally I think is a place to try once and that's it. There are better options in Los Angeles.

This is a long standing restaurant that really can’t do much to make things bad. However I was enjoying my hamburger when I heard someone blowing their nose loudly and to my surprise it was what appeared to be the manager, an older white lady with reddish hair at the register. She blew her nose and then proceeded to rub it with the tissue in her nostrils which is common practice when trying to clear out. But my issue came when she just went from that to touching other things in the tiny restaurant without washing her hands all in front of her employees and customers. Needless to say I couldn’t eat anymore and had to comment. I would have said something to her but my husband wouldn’t have liked that. How can you blow your nose in this climate of sickness and not wash your hands? I’ve included pics of the tiny kitchen and where the man is standing is where she was, so that all in the kitchen. Disappointed.

A throwback 50's diner with Delicious burgers with fresh ingredients. Mouthwatering options like onion rings, loaded cheese tots, fries, ice cream, milkshakes. Step back in time with class & great flavors.

My first time at any Johnny Rockets since ai don't eat fast foods. I went there right after learning about cancer and was eating everywhere. The staff was courteous. One of the best services I have ever had. Their fries is thr price of a meal but worth every penny. Food was delicious!

The people that work at the Johnny Rockets at the Beverly Connection (corner of 3rd and La Cienega, across the street from the Beverly Center) are super nice and do a great job. It's not their fault. This place used to be great. I loved it. They also had one at the Farmers Market (next to The Grove) that inexplicably closed years ago...that location was always full. Getting back to this location, the fault lies with corporate HQ and/or ownership of this franchised location. Pre-Covid, ownership of this location was doing a wonderful job. They even had BREAKFAST. My Mom and I loved it. I loved the waiters here...super nice. Post-Covid, you can understand why breakfast is gone. Corner Bakery is in this mall too and there are other breakfast options nearby. BUT, it is inexcusable to get rid of the Tuna Salad Sandwich and the Egg Salad Sandwich from the menu. Some of us want an alternative to burgers! I was told other customers came in, found out those 2 items were no longer on the menu, and left. Also, when you order the grilled chicken sandwich or the chicken fingers, half of it is like chewing rubber. Change your supplier! Get better cuts of meat! And, while I love that you now have Craig's Vegan Shakes (as does Fatburger), the price point is high. I hate Heinz ketchup. The fries here are bland, so at least have a ketchup with some kick, not a bland one. Lastly, the little old school jukeboxes on the tables have been covered with big stickers instructing you to go online to pick a playlist. We want to pick a SONG, not a playlist. May I suggest two or three GIANT standing jukeboxes with the same song catalog AND EVEN MORE similar songs, that people can put dollar bills or 5 dollar bills into...you will make a lot of money! Where's my consulting fee ? You're welcome.

This Johnny Rockets has the best team of cooks and servers and the food and atmosphere is great. Fun place to eat. Julio, Juan and Marcos are super.

Food is average for a fast food diner. I'd recommend the smokehouse burger if you like bacon! Parking is a bit limited and area is very busy. Service was decent, but never got a soda refill. The bill can add up for a party since all sides extra $.

We were very disappointed. Although the service and the atmosphere were great, the portions at this location were much smaller than what my family and I are used to getting at the other Johnny Rockets restaurants we dine at in LA. My burger looked like it was for a child.

I placed a carry out order of chili cheese fries. When I got there to pick up my food I said, I forgot to add grilled onions can you grill them up and put it on the side. What he neglected to tell me before he rung me up AND CHARGED ME! was that I had to pay for grilled onions AND it cost $2.79 for each! He said after the fact that raw onions are free but you have to pay for grilled onions but $3?!!! I just went to The Johnny Rockets at City Walk and they didn’t charge at all for grilled onions. The strange thing is on the receipt he put no onions when ringing up the fries (he didn’t ask me when I placed the order over the phone) as if onions already came with the order but then he charged me for onions. Even worse I LEFT A $3 TIP!!! All of which was charged BEFORE I saw the receipt. I ended up paying almost $30, $27.65, for chili cheese fries that were not even good and ended up throwing them away because the thousand islands that I ordered for the fries smelled and tasted like they put jalapeño or pickle juice or something in it. The smell was so strong and putrid, like they just mixed it in with each individual cup as it was ordered. The smell made me nauseous but I had already poured it on my fries so I had no choice but to throw it away. They also barely put enough chili on the fries. The Johnny Rockets at City Walk is 10x better. This one must be franchised and not part of the larger conglomerate I’m so mad and I honestly feel scammed. Like the staff charged me for the onions when they were actually free. I don’t have the money to just carelessly spend on low quality questionable food. Never going back again!

The burgers are very tasty and quite delicious. It's much better than your average hamburger. The French fries are very ordinary and nothing special. I must say they have a wide variety of milkshakes flavors to choose from but they did not have the one flavor I like which is, "butterfinger" flavor. They used to have the butterfinger, Snickers, and babyruth flavors but it's been many years since The last time I've visited this establishment and apparently they no longer carry those 3 flavors, So that was a big disappointment for me. The restaurant itself is very clean and well kept , with a nice nostalgic fifties diner vibe There is a miniature jukebox sitting at every table where you can make Selection of your favorite oldies songs for the small price of a nickel And I think that is awesome!

It was okay. The food was super greasy and honestly tasted like any other burger place. The ice in the drinks were the best part.

This place is incredible, friendly and a joy to be around. Immediately when I came in the guy asked how my day was before showing me my seat. He checked on us and checked the ingredients for my dietary restrictions. I love this restaurant. Good job
