I tried to buy my fav drink but she doesn't want what I want and I think customer is always right but she insisted that my drink can't be possible but I just ordered milk tea w/3j less pudding then add a little more of grass jelly I want to say that it can be possible in sm sucat that I ordered there but she kept on insisted that my drink is not possible for her and she kept me waiting for half an hour before she let me have my drink I just wanted to order a single simple drink and she kept me waiting for one drink there's no customers waiting I'm the only one I hope customer is always right

This particular branch only, my experience was not good, as the I had ordered a large Coffee Milk tea. And the staff punch the wrong size. It took 15 mins when my order was not yet assembled and I have noticed the size was wrong. When I told the staff about the wrong size, they insisted that I had ordered the small one. I said to them kindly upgrade it to large and will pay for the difference. They told me to order again the large one. So sad to hear that. I told them to assemble it, and they made it within 3 mins. And I had sipped the half, and throwed it away in a trash can. Coffee Milk tea taste bad (Mostly powdered creamer mix). Would not recommend it.

The counter is the only air-conditioned experience you'll get because their seats are right outside. Direct sunlight isn't a problem here so warm weather can be tolerable, especially when the beverage is cold. Matcha Milk Tea is so good! Just seeing that unique shade of green makes it look appetizing, and the flavor is good at different sugar levels. This is a great option if I want something over-ice.

It's newly opened and i saw many people fall in line already. So, when i ask if Philippine people love the taste, the answers are aggressive. Also the Korean wave affect the popularity in my opinion.

Good thing they accept gcash and paymaya. No need to withdraw money from ATM if you don't have cash at hand. Btw, they don't have the okinawa milk tea, sooo... it's been ages since I last visited them 🤣🤣🤣

This mall is huge and has heaps of great shops and food places. There is also a luggage storage place you can drop off your suitcase etc if you just arrived, it was easy, secure and free!
