The service was amazing! The juices are super nice! The Elixar juice is very recommended for people who love sweet and sour. The Lula Corralera was amazing for meat eaters! Order it medium rare for a great experience. Top place in Santa Marta!

Went there with my gf around 6:30 pm for some drinks. Luckily , they had happy hour for mojitos - 2 for the price of 1 = 28.000 COP or $7! Ordered passion fruit ones and were amazed how tasty they are! Definitely one of the best mojitos I’ve tried in my life. Especially for the price we paid! The stuff was also really good, together with the street musicians that created magical mood :) Definitely recommending this place!

Another hostel guest and I came here for dinner as she recommended it. The customer service and ambiance is nice. It’s not a big space inside but they do have outdoor seating. It took a little while for the drink and food but maybe it’s just how the Colombian culture is. The waiters were accommodating and prompt for service. Although, I didn’t get asked if I wanted a receipt. Overall, it’s not bad.

Beautiful cafe-bar style atmosphere. As soon as I walked in I knew the food and experience would be great. I sat towards the back which featured a great jungle vibes type atmosphere with flowers everywhere and an old style type scene. The coffee was freshly grounded and made perfectly. I had the arepa with bacon, avocado, egg and beans and it was just phenomenal. From the taste to the presentation it was very tasty and neatly presented. Overall experience from the staff to the food to the environment, I’d say 5/5

Grrrrreat experience !!! Arepas are a must! They were such a good tasty experience! Great menu, great staff, great food, great ambience. Can’t wait to go back! Make sure you order the juice x2 they have some sort of discount if you do so, read the menu so you know what I’m talking about.

The cerviche was much bigger than I thought. It tasted good, as was my El Lulo smoothie. With the complimentary soup and dessert they gave, I was well stuffed! It's always great to receive freebies though of course!

Let me just say save room for dessert, the Panna Cotta is a must. The Ceviche Tijuana is more of a coctel de camarón than ceviche, not a fan. Both of the arepas had great flavor.

Hands down one of the best breakfasts I had in my life. Lulo is a must if you come to Santa Marta - the arepas are delicious, the smoothies and coffee are on point, the breakfast was absolutely amazing. Along with the quality of food, the atmosphere is cozy and the staff is friendly.

Simply put, this place is way over priced for the kind of food they serve. The food is plain and the smoothies are so sweet you can’t even taste the fruit is made of. We got some sliders and arepas but it was not worth the time or the money. They better up their game cuz there are so many great option in Santa Marta’s centro.

Horrible service by the wait staff. Everything was slow. Took ten minutes to get my beer and over 30 for my cuban sandwich. Sandwich was decent but nothing special. Uhma has a much better Cuban.

Excellent quality food and service 👌! The arepa breakfast dishes were tasty and high quality. The greek yogurt parfait was well balanced in sweetness, and the fruit smoothies were simply divine! Recommend 100%!

Nice but expensive for what it is. Prices are high for Colombia and honestly for $32k COP I expected more than 100g of fried plantain chips. The waiter was attentive but didn't even blink or say anything when my very petite friend misunderstood the menu and ordered a meal for two people (it says just 'para dos' at the end of the description). He simply put in the order and when it arrived placed two full meals in front of her. A well trained waiter would have asked if she knew it was two meals. Additionally, I hate, hate, HATE the prevalence of QR code menus. This place has zero physical menus, so you're in a nice restaurant trying to read a large menu on a tiny little screen. It's ridiculous. The pandemic is over. Paper is recyclable so don't try to claim it's to "save the environment". It's to save the owners money. I won't go back for this reason alone. QR code menus are ableist and exclude those who don't have a smart phone or choose not to have one. Shame on you.

Beautiful and peaceful terrace area! You can’t leave the place without trying the lulo lemonade and the falafel salads! I haven’t had such a nice lunch in a long time. What a great balance of flavors. The cubana sandwich not at its best.

Incredible food. A range of vegetables in the quinoa bowl, and it so nourishing and fresh. The ceviche was the standout dish for us. Also delicious real fruit sodas. Would recommend.

Take it or leave it 👍🏿👎🏿! The food wasn't too bad and the price was about mid-level. Quite noisy in the street with all the performers. It may just be that I'm a little bit sick of arepa's but I didn't enjoy them that much. There was a bowl that I did enjoy though. The plantain chips were nice as well.

The place is pretty and location is great. Unfortunately those annoying singers come by all the time with speakers, but that's not the restaurant's fault. The dishes are pretty tasty and look good, but the prices are high for the size of the dishes (quite small, so if you are hungry you might need to order multiple). The staff is nice but it's pretty difficult to get their attention sometimes and the often food takes a long time to arrive.

The food is incredible! I ordered the salmon quinoa bowl. It came with creamy mashed sweet potato, beet and carrot slaw, quinoa and a delicious salmon. The salmon was a generous portion with a juicy interior and crispy skin. Everything on the plate worked together to create perfect bites. Service was excellent. Don't miss Lulo when you are in Santa Marta!

Went twice during our 3 day stay in Santa Marta. Extremely tasty food and regular sized portions; we wish we would have a place like this in our home city. This is a must during your visit! Thank you 🫶🏽

Best arepas I’ve had in Santa Marta. They are delicious alone, but even better with the wonderful variety of toppings. Smoothies were great as well. Shout-out to the owner for their amazing photography around the shop! Would’ve loved to take one of those photos home.

A friend of mine recommended this restaurant, I ordered a dish name Arepa, you will not find it in the menu (see picture). It was delicious and filling, they have all kind of juices and smoothies that are natural. Highly recommend it

Staying in Santa Marta a month. This place is quite good. First place we went to more than once. Every time Service is good. Food is beautifully presented and prepared. Fresh ingredients with spins takes on Colombian classics as well as complete original creations. Well priced. Juices are awesome. We especially loved the lula arepa, and the lomo salvia.

Lulo is the best. My husband is a native of Santa Marta and we make a point of getting to Lili each time we go. The juice is phenomenal and the food is super fresh and tasty! Just to the right of the main entrance is a little known entrance to a very cool indoor/outdoor garden space. Go in the day for a great snack or lunch or go at night and try their delicious cocktails. You won't be disappointed!

We loved Lulo! I got the arepa loaded with shrimp ceviche piled on top! Such a fantastic meal! We were also happy to learn it was happy hour and we got lulo mojitos! Everything tasted fresh and delicious. 10/10 recommend!
